I ordered a sub and not only did I have to wait an extra 20 minutes after they said it would be ready but they did not give me... the bread I ordered. Also the parking lot and restaurant were completely dead so I don?t understand why it took so long to giveme my sub. Update: I said I was in the wrong vehicle. DiBella's Subs are the absolute best. What I love most is the fresh baked bread they use for their buns. Stopped here tonight and was disappointed with the wait time and quality of our sandwiches. No one was in the place, it took 20+... minutes for our sandwiches to be made because they were focusing on DoorDash and online orders. Even after waiting, both mysandwich and another person in my party?s sandwich were wrong, and we were laughed at by the shift manager when we asked for anadjustment / new sandwich / additional toppings that were forgotten. Also, they offer ?meal deals?, but we were charged for eachitem separately and not given any deal because the cashier didn?t know how to do it.
