I ordered a sub and not only did I have to wait an extra 20 minutes after they said it would be ready but they did not give me... the bread I ordered. Also the parking lot and restaurant were completely dead so I don?t understand why it took so long to giveme my sub. Update: I said I was in the wrong vehicle. Poor guy gave me a free cookie and look what I did. He didn?t deserve 2stars. Read more
DiBella's Subs are the absolute best. What I love most is the fresh baked bread they use for their buns. If DiBella's would... sell this bread by itself I'd buy it regularly and know of many others that would do the same. It's hands down the best bread!! Stopped here tonight and was disappointed with the wait time and quality of our sandwiches. No one was in the place, it took 20+... minutes for our sandwiches to be made because they were focusing on DoorDash and online orders. Even after waiting, both mysandwich and another person in my party?s sandwich were wrong, and we were laughed at by the shift manager when we asked for anadjustment / new sandwich / additional toppings that were forgotten. Also, they offer ?meal deals?, but we were charged for eachitem separately and not given any deal because the cashier didn?t know how to do it. It's a cool looking restaurant. We ordered 2 subs, they messed up our bread, forgot the sauce on my cowboy sub, and charged us... for water. The food was good, ny sub would have been much better with the sauce though. Read more
My roommates told me that this place is the same price as Subway, but waay better. I agree with them!! Tried the chicken philly... and I absolutely loved it. Staff were very kind and listened to my modifications (add tomatoes, no lettuce). I will say goinginside to place my order threw me off for a second. You have to pull a number from the little ticket machine and then you canplace your order when you're up next, like how the deli inside a Meijer deals with multiple customers. Read more
I enjoyed my visit to DiBella. I ordered the Godfather sub and was surprised to find out how customizable the sandwich was. You... can get it hot or cold and with a variety of toppings and sauces. The ?small? filled me up for lunch and I don?t recommend goingabove small unless you want to stuff yourself! The bread is excellent and overall sandwich was great. A few items forimprovement include: putting napkins in my bag, arranging the meat so it is more evenly distributed across the sandwich, andspeedier service. Overall quite happy and I will be back.
