Was a beautiful place to come for breakfast highly recommend chicken and waffles. The staff was amazed and helpful everything on... the menu looked very high end and delicious love the out side seating but it was even better to sit inside and listen to thebeautiful jazz music ???? for me and my family this is a must stop for anyone coming to Detroit thanks again. Outstanding service & knowledgable servers. Great atmosphere and inviting decorum. The Lemon pancakes ???? were fantastic.... Family loved the strawberry cream cheese waffles, and chicken & waffles. Very filling portions, enough to share. I also reallyappreciated the Halal menu. Very accommodating. No other coffee houses in the area. Looking forward to the new Cafe addition inJuly. Read more
This place was fabulous! Saw a write up in eater and finally made it over. No long wait with full attentive service. That’s... had to come by nowadays. The food was phenomenal! Breading on the chicken and waffles was perfect! Not too sweet or too hard.Shrimp and grits were supreme! Great consistently with a touch of rosemary. The blueberry lemon poppy seed pancakes omg!They’re huge and we didn’t think we’d eat them all. We did! Not too sweet, nice a fluffy. Salmon croquettes were alsolovely! Not dry at all with a wonderful sauce with a little kick. The food came quickly. Our waitress was attentive. Diversecrowd dining in and outside. Ample parking. We even got to meet the owner! Definitely not impressed to come back. Let me tell everything i liked about this place first. Getting a seat was faster and the... atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing. Loved the modern open concept look. Live saxophone play was very entertaining. Food wasalso good. However we definitely felt left away since we were seated, while other customers were served much faster than us.Even the ones came and seated later than us were servedbefore us. We waited long for the waitress. We got our drinks and waitedendlessly for the food to come. And by the time the food came, my coffee was cold, and no refills or anything asked. A customercoming to your restaurant means they pick your restaurant over other places to support your business. Please treat them allequally. Read more
Tried them for the first time since it’s a 30 minute drive. They have no pork which was the biggest attraction for us. It’s... a big restaurant in downtown Auburn Hills. It has a five star feel but with reasonable prices. It has 2 fireplaces with a lot ofseating around them. We got an omelette with beef bacon chicken sausage green peppers onions and spinach, seafood omelette withcrab and shrimp, and a stack of pancakes. The omelettes were tasty I preferred the beef bacon more then the chicken sausage. Theseafood omelette with a little less sauce. The pancakes weren’t good to me. I don’t like thick pancakes…I prefer fluffyand light. Will be back to try other items off the menu. Read more
Highly Recommended!! Everything about my time at Haus of Brunch was great. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed... and a table was waiting for me. There were not many people in, but that is because I was in early. The surroundings seemed fancyfor a brunch spot, but it is nice. Great spot for large groups or small intimate meetings. They also have seating at the bar anda great place to strike up a conversation with someone new. The fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing. I had the South bySouth West Skillet ???? with a croissant. I would definitely get it again. The potatoes, chicken sausage, scrambled eggs withthe roasted vegetables had great flavor. Food was wonderful, especially the lemon blueberry poppyseed pancakes. Maddie our server was great!! Coffee was very good. We... were there on a Saturday and to our surprise, a live jazz saxophone performer. Perfect music for the setting especially seatedby an enclosed fireplace. I stumbled across this gem while looking for brunch in the Auburn Hills area and I'm so glad I found it!! EVERYTHING about this... dining experience was above average! The staff were all friendly & helpful. The Owner Myron is very hands-on & pleasant as hewas in the dining area interacting with guests. There was relaxing Jazz music playing while we ate. The food is delicious!! Theingredients, the presentation, & the variety of options were all amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and Iplan on visiting again in the near future. Did I mention it's a 40 minute drive away.....YES IT'S THAT GOOD!! Give this place atry, you won't regret it!!!! Read more
