It took them almost an hour to make a $50 order. Sandwiches ended up being dry and hard as a rock, and we were missing items.... Staff also showed no sense of urgency. I always allow extra time for large orders but an hour is unacceptable for a ?fast food?establishment. Read more

The worst KFC I ever experienced. Food was horrible. Did not tell me no chicken tenders until after I paid then couldn't... reimburse. Offered me chicken in place and it was old as it was soaked in oil and tough. Didn't even put right side in that Iordered originally. Did not care. Contacted customer service they ask me what happened even after I emailed the entire scenarioagain and crickets. Read more

Service and customer service has gone down at this location. I never experienced a rude, non-caring Co -manager. I waited in... drive trough for 15 minutes when I got to the speaker, no one responded after waiting there for 10 minutes. No one came on andsaid to wait or one moment. I get to the window and I was told my order could not be taken. Rude, rude, rude? and veryunprofessional. The manager did not care! Not professional at all. Stay away!!!! Read more

LOL. THIS KFC EVERY TIME. The last time I went there I waited no joke probably 40 effing minutes WITHOUT movement? whatever that... was about I HAVE ZERO CLUE. Today, we go, and try to order pot pies, and they say ?we?re not making/have those today? ok? Whatdoes that even mean?????? I?m assuming they just don?t feel like cooking them, whatever that entails. Then, we wanted a side ofhot sauce for our chicken WHICH WE HAVE GOTTEN BEFORE, and they said ?we don?t do that?. When I got to the drive through window, the girl asked what I had ordered and I confirmed. I got all the way home to find out I... had the wrong order and was charged more for the wrong order. I came back to the location. Went back to drive thru because thelobby isn't open. I tell them at the window that my order was wrong and I was charged wrong. And the manager was extremely rude.He said "mam it's only 2$, is it that big of a problem?" I was very nice to understand that things get busy, but I just wantedthe correct food and the difference in my money back. He told me to pull forward. 20 minutes later I get to the window and he isstill giving me a hard time over 2$ and asked why I couldn't just eat what I was given. Then he walked away and started yellingat the poor girl working the window. She then asked if I could pull up and they would bring my food out to me I said no problemand I pulled up I sat in the parking lot for an additional 15 minutes before my order came out and it was wrong again for thesecond time. At this point I had been messing with this location for 45 minutes and it wasn't worth it to continue to deal withthat manager's attitude and also he refused to give me my over $3 difference. i wouldnt even give them that one star if i didnt have too. POOR POOR MANAGEMENT! what are yall doing up in there :| i ordered... my food through a delivery app and they failed to give me the sauce they made me PAY for and when i tried to call them, theydont answer. as well as i ordered fries n they gave me the cute little box with six or so fries in it, like yall are kiddingright? if youve ever worked in the fast food industry you know theyre suppose to answer the phone, ive called 6 times now. imabout to go up there. I like kfc, but the staff wasn?t really friendly and not paying attention what the customers wanted to ask, and the place wasn?t... really clean. They don?t even give any numbers or receipts for your drive-thru. I think that was a bad experience and never comeback there again. Manager need to orientation them and pay attention how they work. It would be better if they need to practicecleanliness surrounding. Read more

To whom it may concern I got old fries after waiting about 3 minutes for my food. I pulled forward and drove back thru drive... thru, asked the young lady who was not the manager to get the manager. she refused talked to the manager Chantelle who was outof sight and I cud here her saying he ain't getting a refund . The drive thru personnel had no name tag is rude on all my weeklyvisits. I work down the street. Such pitty the service quality. Then they told me to pull off the timer which I refused bcuz whyy'all faking SOS when y'all giving nasty rude unfriendly service. I want a refund which I was refused, really I will be goingback with those disgusting fries which I took pictures see for your self and I got a 75% filled carton also. To hand to theGeneral Manager with my receipt. No problem ladies y'all thought y'all won, not. Corporate was more than happy to take mycomplaint.
