One of the worst experiences ever. 2 behind counter were deliberatly uncooperative @ getting FF already paid for & several were... on rack, no other customers @ counter!!! I?ve been here twice, and I do not recommend going through the drive through. They make me pull up/ pull into a spot every time... for my order, even when I only get one item. It?s so inconvenient. Read more
I ordered a happy meal for my grandson. The milk was expired. Requested a new one, and was provided one. Then noticed that they... had forgotten the apples. Asked for those, they had expired 2 days prior. I can over look alot, but come on. Expiration datesshould be checked regularly. Read more
What happened to McDonalds? Most locations, like this one, just stopped caring about any kind of quality at all. The employees... they hire must just not have any pride in what they do. Maybe there is one or two that care, but the vast majority just don'tcare any more. Smashed up food, poorly assembled and stale. I rolled thru on my way to work to grab a breakfast sandwich and cinnamon roll. The breakfast sandwich was on a very dry... biscuit. The cinnamon roll was also very dry and tasted old. It's fast food, so I dont generally have the highest hopes forquality, but this was bad enough that I threw it away after a few bites. Read more
cashiers were so drugged up they couldn?t even open their eyes, they only put one patty on our McDouble, food was all cold, they... didn?t give us our fries last time, and when we called to complain they continuously hung up on us and refused to give corporatenumber. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. I?ve had better service/food from the Flint locations, and that?s saying something.Will not be returning for overpriced cold food we will not even receive half of from people who can?t even open their eyes orhold receipt paper. This McDonald?s is particularly Rachet. They will give you the wrong order then take the food back and serve it to the next... customer. Ew!! I do not want food someone else has touched like I just thought it was standard practice to throw the food awayor something not re-serve it. On TOP of that the foods never fresh. 2/3 visits the sprite was water save your health and gosomewhere else. Read more
