Did take out. Food taste was to my liking. Was waiting a bit because everyone was busy cooking, at drive thru or elsewhere. ... Thankfully cashier came over without being asked. Attended to my requests nicely. Funny thing when I asked for knives andforks, cadhier pointed to where plastic ware was located and added in somewhat of a tone "we don't have knives here". Love Panda Express and the food is always good but today 9.2.2022 around 6:42-6:45pm at their Auburn Hills Michigan location one... of the cooks walked out the men's bathroom with his apron on. Good thing I had already placed my food and he wasn't near thefood coming off the grill. Not sure if he had cooked my black pepper chicken but I'm not in the mood to finish eating. I like the food here, but I consistently run into two issues. One is that they often don't have several menu items. This is an... issue when you wait through a long drive through just to find out they don't have what you want available. Also, their processfor sauce is bad. They ask you to request sauce at the pick up window, but when you get to that window they don't give you theopportunity. They just hand you your food and walk away. Also, many times when I request sauce, I get home and it's not in mybag. It's almost like they are trying to save money by making it hard to get the sauce you want. Read more
Love this location, food is always fresh and employees are friendly. Highly recommend ordering on the app or on the website to... get your food quicker. For a healthy swap, try super greens instead of rice or chow mein, or at least do half super greens/halfother side. Read more
I generally like Panda ???? Express, this visit at this location (first time there) was unacceptable. I ordered Broccoli ????... Beef. There was one ok size piece of beef and a couple little, and I mean little. I took a picture to document the lack of beef.I went through the drive thru, if I ate inside, I would have taken it to show a manager. There was lots of ????. Lo mein had hardly any noodles; it was mostly cabbage. Way too much cabbage! Ordered Green Beans And Chicken as one of the... entree choices for the Family Feast. They should call it Green Beans with a Hint of Chicken. The container was packed with beansand you really had to hunt for any chicken. Chicken egg rolls I ordered were just more....cabbage. Very disappointed. Haven'thad Panda Express for a couple of years, and now I'm reminded why. Paid nearly $40 for what was mostly a huge pile of greenbeans and cabbage. Read more
Waited for 8 minutes at the counter while workers serviced the drive thru window and barely acknowledged that there was a line... forming. One guy actually said, "I would take your order but I am clocked out" while filling takeout dishes with food. Theexcuse was that they were "counting the drawer." Seems like orders could be taken while they count. Food was good, as expectedfor fast food. Warm but not hot when I got mine. Read more
