This taco bell used to be good until recently. I work right next to this one and every time I go I'm waiting 15+ minutes with... only 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru. Literally the last 3 times I've gone here they didn't give me all of the food Iordered. The food that Im given is a pile of slop and trash. Absolutely a joke. And also they can't use the excuse of beingshort staffed cuz I literally saw atleast 5 workers in the kitchen. Joke of a place. Figure your shi out. Read more
Average place with very slow service. And the tacos weren't that great off taste.
Worst service ever. A girl named sapphire was extremely rude incompetent and sadly not smart at all. Had no clue what was... happening. Taco Bell management needs to have a talk and resolve this issue. No excuse for how rudely I was treated. I willConfidently say she deserves to be fired. Read more
I don't remember having service or food this bad. I waited over twenty minutes watching this guy struggle to make tacos to find... out that he thought I already had my order. He made my food wrong three times and then I ended up with cold tacos. Stay awayfrom this place if you don't want to wait a 1/2+ hr for your food and would like it relatively warm. We waited 29 minutes for 2 plain hard tacos. Staff just didn't care moved slow. I saw an order made once every 10 mins. They... need to fire everyone there and actually hire people who want to work. Complete bull. Place was dirty and staff is horrible.Worst experience I've ever had. Read more
Honestly. We've been waiting so long for our food. I have had enough time to thoroughly think out this review. They have skipped... a pregnant ladies order by like 15 at least.. she's still waiting we've been here for 15 mins. This is a disgrace. The managershould be removed. Placed and online order to be picked up inside, and the doors were locked.. when someone came to the door they refused to let me... pick up my food and said I had to go thru the drive thru. I saw my bag sitting on the mobile pick up shelf. After waiting 30mins thru the drive thru they gave me the cold food that was sitting on the shelf for 30 mins?. What a joke. I didn?t realize noone could just walk my food to the door for me. Don?t place online orders what a disappointing location. They could have remadeit at least by the time I got home it was soggy and gross. Read more
