Went inside to dine. Ordered from the kiosk. My order included a T.B. special featured crispy chicken taco with a guacamole... sauce. I was given the option to add onions for a $0.40 upcharge to the burrito in the meal. Drink option included orange juicevs pop that I requested. I received everything incorrect. The special was made wrong, there were no onions added. I was handed apop glass. All was corrected after stepping back to the counter, but what if I'd been a drive through customer? Typically consistent. However, I arrive when there is absolutely no line indicating not busy obviously. When I get my food... everything is there. However, my chalupa shell was obviously old and therefore a bit stale. They also really held back on thebeef! Man look how much left I had of my Crunchwrap. The worst part was easily when I went to take a sip of the Baja and ofcourse the syrup was low. Really felt like wasted money on a more expensive order. Read more
All I know is I know Taco Bell?s?and this was the best Taco Bell experience I have had in a long time! From the fast, friendly... service, to the food prepared properly?everything was right.
