Not edible. No seasoning. Teriyaki tastes like it is covered in mucus. This is part of the mall food court and should only be... visited if everything else is closed and you are facing a medical emergency if you don't eat food immediately. Please don't eathere, ever. Zero stars. Update: Have you ever eaten something and instantly thought you had food poisoning? That's me rightnow. Can't get the texture and the un-taste out of my mouth. Went and ate at Burger King and it still won't go away. I've nevereaten anything so horrible in my life. Read more

Food was horrible. Sushi (California roll) was warm, rice looked day old, fried dumplings looked like McDonald's stale fries,... and the sauce was just duck sauce, I threw it out. That was $20 wasted but better than a night praying to the porcelain god. Read more

Was laughed at when I asked about the gluten content of something. It was really embarrassing. The workers were talking about it... in front of me, and made me feel really bad about myself. They said there was no gluten in what I ordered. It turns out therewas. I discovered this and pointed it out to them. For some reason the guy making it blamed me. It was really upsetting, andembarrassing to be laughed at. I'm gluten intolerant and just wanted to enjoy my lunch, not be laughed at and then fedgluten. Months later and one of my employees went and ended up getting super sick after eating the sushi. She said the sushiwas warm when she ate it. She ended up throwing up in the mall cafeteria. Not to mention, I have multiple co workers who havegotten sick, me included after eating at the sister store next door "Bistro Thai." Stay away unless you want food poisoning Read more

Went to Great Lake Crossing for lunch and TokyoSAN was my daughter's favorite food store. But yesterday my daughter said the... teriyaki beef fried rice was not as good as it used to be. I tasted one piece of beef it was spoiled. We are reallydisappointing about their meal and won't go back anymore. Read more

This place is disgusting and was incredibly insensitive to my friend who has to have gluten free options. When she asked, the... staff was rude by laughing at her and they LIED to her when they told her the California rolls had no gluten (when the imitationcrab has gluten in it, we didn?t know until after she ordered) This place better be careful because the next time they lie tocustomers with food allergies, they?ll regret it when they get shut down for killing someone. Why anyone bothers to keep goinghere is beyond me but I certainly will not give them my business. They deserve NO stars and the staff needs to be heldaccountable for their careless actions. Well. This is not how I expected Japanese food to taste like. Paid 9.50 for Beef Teriyaki. Was edible but was not tasty. Also... the amount of beef was too small. Would not recommend eating at the Great Lakes in general. Maybe the employees are not paidwell. Maybe the chef developed poor recipes. I don't know. But I feel quite disappointed. Quite expensive for what I got. Read more

The tofu however didnt absord all the sauce that was poured over it so it tasted a little bland.
