Yet again, another awesome Top Golf. The only downside was the wait but that's obviously not the establishment's fault. Friendly... staff (although the staff working the counter when we arrived seemed very frustrated due to the business) and even though I hadsome questions our waiter was very helpful and made the experience just that much better. Good times! Help can be a bit slow but that?s primarily due to large parties. There was no control over the kids running in... front of our bay or playing football and running in the aisle ways. Very nice experience A little pricey but worth it.Food was decent drinks were great flavorful. Margaritas. Did not care for the... steak tacos. Chicken was good burger was great. I had a bad experience a few years ago and left a bad review. However I have returned and everything was perfect! I played 4... games with a group of 4 and they offer a variety of games to choose from, you can do normal topgolf and just gather points oryou could do zone points where you have to hit the ball in a certain color hole to get points. It was really fun and the golfingclubs they have there work just fine although you could bring your own clubs. The food was delicious and the service we receivedwas amazing and friendly. I scored so many points I was entered into a giveaway which I don't know anything about but that'spretty cool! Sunday at noon was a great time to go! We were able to walk right in! Employees were very kind and willing to explain the whole... process to us, despite our many questions. Food was delicious and got to us quickly! The kids burgers were a little smallerthan we expected but it wasn't a big deal. Our server was attentive and friendly and there were many willing hands to helpdeliver drinks quickly. Facility was very clean and maintained. Music was fun to listen to. We visited during the colder monthsand even at the bottom level, the area was well heated (though I would suggest a hat and/or jacket if you're prone to beingeasily chilled. Their seats are HEATED people! Soooo awesome! Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The games were very funto play even for those of us who are total beginners. Upon arrival at our bay, one of the staff very rudely demanded that our family separate because there were too many of in the... Bay Area (We had a baby that was in a carrier in which they said made our bay over capacity). I checked the company polices andcouldn't find any such information that confirmed this rule they were trying to instill. I asked for the manager (Matt) in orderto show him that there weren't any top golf policies that align with or explain our treatment. Not only was the manager (Matt)not able to provide legitimate justification as to why the he would not let my family be in the same area, but he also validatedthe disrespect and abuse we were receiving from staff (There were other families that they allowed to be together who didn'tadhere to their made up policies). After I pointed this this out to him he acknowledged that they were not adhering to the madeup policy, but he allowed them to stay together. Our waiter was also extremely rude and refused to serve me any food for noreason. The waiter was reminded several times that I wasn't being served and he responded with a horrible attitude every time.After he gave the bills, my mother patiently and calmly reminded him for the last time that I have not yet been served ( thiswas over 2 hours into our stay here). The male staff then confronted my mother, got directly into her face, pointed his hands toher forehead and yelled for her to get out. Both of my parents are honorable service members and did not serve the disrespectand hatred that this place displayed. Another manager attempted to solve the issue by personally serving my food. When I gothome and opened the box I was horrified and extremely disappointed at what I saw. They served me old/ cold fries which appearedto be scraped from other people's leftovers.
