The GM is super rude.. if i could give -100 stars i would.. don?t ever apply here!! she sent my application/info out and denied... me without giving me an interview and i believe it is discrimination.. i called for the district managers phone number and shewouldn?t give it to me and was awfully rude while answering the phone. stay as far away from this trop as you can! Waited for a long time for my orders as they were not on the pick up shelf. After waiting 15 minutes and watching every order... get made they asked me if was waiting for a online order in which they proceeded to hand me super late food that was alreadymade all along. I don?t pick up food much from here but I know not to next time. Read more

I?m not a review person? Posting because something needs to be done about this place. This is the third time I come here and... have to watch the staff suffer through lunchtime rush. Understaffed? employees are visibly anxious and falling behind having tofulfill both online and in person orders with a full dining hall. They really look like they?re trying their best but the orderskeep piling up. Not to mention they?re having to take people?s grief for the wait time. These people are overworked and deservebetter. This is the only location I?ve ever had issues with both the food, and the employees. I don't know if it?s just because they?re... younger, but the girls working the cash drawer taking orders should probably not be the people customers first talk to.Extremely rude, quiet, just stared at me when I asked a question. Made my 10 year old daughter feel weird when we asked if theirwere any nuts used around the cookies made (she?s deathly allergic). Her bahama mama was chalky and quesadilla box wascompletely open inside the Togo bag so it fell out on her in the car. This was the first time I ever didn?t tip somewhere, thebrunette girl maybe needs some extra training with her people skills. Read more

I don?t normally post reviews but today was too awkward to not post one. The employees seem to be upset with each other, and one... of them was openly mad that he was making most of the smoothies himself which seemed to make other employees and customersuncomfortable (including myself). They seem understaffed which is part of the problem, but definitely still awkward for everyonewhen he was talking with whoever was in charge (I think Evan?). Can?t enjoy a smoothie if it?s riddled with chunks of fruit. The person who made my smoothie definitely seemed to be rushing... which I don?t understand because I wasn?t in a hurry. While I appreciate quick service just like the next person, one does notsimply buy/make smoothies to eat a bunch of fruit chunks along with it. Might as well go buy fruit. Take your time.
