Place was not the cleanest. Front counter cashier was awesome even while expediting her own front lobby orders. Utensil,... ketchup, salt and pepper areas weren't stocked bery well or very clean. Fries were fresh but can't say the same for theburgers. Seems like there were two people running the drive thru and could have easily helped the front counter but did not doso. Read more
Forgot lettuce on jr. bacon cheeseburger, no bbq sauce in bag, and ketchup had this white stuff in it. The lobby was closed so... couldn?t walk in to get it fixed, had to go wait in line again. Went back around to get it fixed, and was given more ketchupthat had white stuff in it. I?m going to hope it was just mayo, and if it was, I didn?t ask for ketchup and mayo. Was going to head to arby's but Google said they were open and when we got there they were closed it's right next door a jacent... parking lot. Wendy's Apt didn't work but the service was super friendly and they had their regular biggie bag which is such agreat deal. They gave us exercise without a charge we didn't ask for it but it was nice to have the extra. Food was hot servicewas good and the line was super short. Right nearby to Great Lakes mall about 5 minutes away or less. It's tucked away so youwill need to use your Google map to get information how to get there likely. Read more
Terrible food. None of our sandwiches had tomatoes which would be no big deal if they're out but they did not say anything about... being out and there was no sign saying so. Fries were absolutely terrible as well, stale and unappealing. Very disappointed forwhat it all cost. Read more
Just went through the drive through at about 9:30pm on a Sunday. The wining young man, Timothy, serving the drive through gave... us attitude when we asked why our soft drinks were served in coffee cups. Timothy said we could figure out how to get the strawsin the cup or wait until we got home to drink it. Then he told us we could take that or have no drinks and then proceeded totell us multiple times he didn?t care what we had to say. We returned the food and the manager, Joel, gave us gave us a refundbut barely an apology. He did say he would deal with Timothy but I?m not too sure Timothy won?t continue wining at and servingpeople badly. Read more
I like Wendy?s breakfast, they?re seasoned potatoes are to die for in the morning. However someone being too lazy to make them... because they hate their job? Not cool. They also didn?t have any sprite, apparently and the order took a long af time tocomplete. Do not come here in the morning if you value your time. It?s not worth it. Read more
This is easily the trashiest restaurant I've ever been to. The staff seem angry all the time. I've never once received my entire... order. I'm always short. Management never responds. They're straight trash. Read more
They did not put any salt on my fries. Had to ask again for ranch. Lobby is closed couldn't go inside.
