We were "welcomed" by Ray with "we're in the middle of a change of shift, you will have to go to the high tables (2 of us on a... communal table) or the bar". I saw a full row of available boots and I requested one not knowing the logistic behind the changeof shift. He said it would be 20 minutes wait. He kept repeating about the change of shift. We went to a high table that wasavailable but not cleaned and we heard Ray talking loud at the end of the restaurant "four times, FOUR times I told them it's achange of shift!" I suggest this employee be taught how to properly greet people and meet them feel welcome PLUS talkkindly. Adrienne was our server and she deserves a 5 star. I tipped you accordingly sweet heart. I eventually received unseasoned fajitas. They had a ton of cilantro and that's about it. This was a really disappointing... meal. Visited Monday night, the restaurant was mostly empty and they really wanted us to sit at the bar. When we insisted on abooth they were rude and made a point of seating two groups ahead of us. They explicitly stated that they were seating peopleahead of us. They did this unprompted. We didn't raise the issue, they made a point of informing us that they were seating otherpeople (also not at the bar) ahead of us. The wait staff was fine (and I tipped them accordingly) but the host was rude, thedelay was long, and the food was unseasoned (except for a ton of cilantro). Read more

Went to chilis last night 2.17.22 with my family and my daughter ordered steak fajitas and when our cooked food arrived half my... daughter's meat was raw! I pointed it out to the server who was very apologetic, I asked for a manager so I could show him themeat not expecting any type of refund when the manager arrived at our table he didn't introduce himself or ask the problem hejust stood there so we told him the issue and he again just stood there never said a word looked at my crazy and walked away.the server had to go adjust the meal bc my daughter didn't want a replacement meal after that! poor poor management! We went here today to have drinks ???? and some food. The place was full. We sat at the bar area. Nick was amazing! He had the... bar full but never missed a beat! The service was superb and everything we ordered was on point. Highly recommend this locationand please sit at the bar if Nick is working. You will not regret it! I do deliveries and this location is on point. Very rarely will I have to wait for items. On the occasions I have to go inside,... the atmosphere is cheerful among customers and the employees are very nice and helpful. I have eaten there as well and wasextremely satisfied. As the economy is changing, sadly, prices are a bit steeper. But still worth the money. Read more
