I frequent many food trucks in the area, most being Taco trucks. This Latin American food truck seems to have a delicious take... on Latin American food. It is clear the food is made fresh to order. I don't mind waiting a few minutes longer than average ifthe end result is delicious food which allows me to really enjoy my meal. I may make this a regular, weekly location.
