Literally waited in the lobby in line for 30 minutes before they bother to take our order, kept telling us there was a kiosk and... when the people tried to explain it was broke they just got an attitude with everyone. Unbelievably unprofessional they're onlyfocus is on the drive literally having no one working the front desk to take orders in the lobby and gets an attitude withanyone that ask for help just to mess up most of our food anyway. Worst McDonald in the area specially with the morning shift. They can?t never get my simple order right! Small coffee with hash... brown that?s it! They get mad if I ask for extra sugar ,they get mad if I ask for the small straw to mix my coffee or they getmad if I ask for creamer and sugar on the side! I stopped by here on the way home last night around 9:00 p.m. I had already ordered on the app and got in line at the... drive-thru. There was a bit of a line, so I sat there for a few minutes. Then I noticed that the line was not moving at all. Iwaited about 20 minutes until I even got up to the speaker. I finally get to the speaker and still had to wait a few minutesbefore somebody came on and asked if I would be using the mobile app. I said yes, I have a mobile order and then gave them theinformation. Then they were silent and I heard them taking the order of the car at the next speaker. So I waited a few moreminutes and nobody ever came back to the speaker. Overall I was in line for over 30 minutes, I looked it up on my timeline onmaps. I ended up driving away when they never came back to the speaker and going down the street to another McDonald's. Stay clear of this location. Especially if it?s night shift working. They won?t take orders and if you?re lucky enough to get... food it?s not even worth it. One night they said they were closed but we could see the employee hanging out in the dining roomjust talking to each other. People were still making mobile orders but no one would cook or serve them their food. Night shiftneeds to quit or get their act together. If you don?t like your job, then find something else to do. Today I sat in one drive through for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The car ahead of me placed their order as... did 4 cars in the other line! Cars behind me were blowing the horn like I was just sitting there! Finally i decided to leavewithout ordering and stopped to tell the guy at the window what happened. His reply - ok have a nice day! Waited almost 35 minutes for someone to finally talk to me through the drive threw window normally I'd be okay with this if it... was busy.. but it was completely dead. They never took my order or even bothered to talk to me through the drivethru speaker. Read more

This place is pure garbage drinks taste nasty witnessed food returned from a customer out back in the warmer. Funniest part was... watching a girl waiting for an interview for over 45 minutes (we ordered nuggets and ate in) the girl waited and waited theykept telling her someone will come talk to you in a few. With all management team on staff the sent the fry cook with a sheet ofpaper to ask the kid questions. Upon leaving I had to ask her was that for a job here and she stated she had a scheduledinterview 2 weeks ago but the manager was never in at the times they told her to come back but she stated the manager was theretoday and she had an interview today. This location has always been on my places to avoid and after witnessing this first hand Iwill always avoid this place.
