They NEVER have chicken ready. Every single time I go through the drive through they got a 15-35 minute wait on chicken, without... fail every single time, or their cook is on his 10th break today, so i just stopped trying to come here, waste of time. Longestdrive through I think Ive EVER sat through when they did have chicken the one single time. Most of the employees are pretty rudeand rush you to order. The service sucked, the workers cleanliness was over rated, no hair nets, gloves, and she even looked dirty with long nails the... length of her fingers. The chicken had good flavor but we got screwed on the sides (pic of coleslaw attached) and she didn'teven give us our biscuit with our meal which is the best part of the whole meal. Not to mention it wasn't busy at all therw was1 car ahead of me and we sat there in the drive thru for 25 mins. This wasn't my first time eating at Popeyes however it wasthe worst. Worker at counter discussing all the hours worked over the last 2 days?..and this is after I went inside ?I waited 10 min. In... drive thru line, it did not move at all! While I was waiting in line at least 4 workers opened the back door and were chattingfor a few minutes?. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, only 1 car's order was taken. Called the store and ask the manager if there was a reason... for the delay she said that she just came in & told them that they needed to take orders for drive thru. She was veryvery rude so I went inside and asked for the manager & I asked her for the number of her boss. She was again very rude & said that she didn't have to give me the number. I ended up going to KFC where they were very nice and had greatservice. I have eaten at that Popeyes for years but will never step foot in there again because of the thug female manager & how horrible I was treated. Hopefully the owner will see this and realize what an incompetent person he has working there as a manager. I gave 1 star because I had to or it wouldn't let me post but they didn't deserve any stars at all. Read more
I?m really disappointed in this restaurant. I literally went to this place at 08:30 PM and the lady at the microphone was very... disrespectful with her attitude on 9-22-22. And also said that her cook wasn?t dropping anymore chicken just because I wantedsome wings. Read more
It was a long wait before they even took my order. They told me they couldn't make the meal all dark meat. They were out of... coleslaw so I just ordered double Mac and cheese. Come to find out that was an up charge after I paid for it. They couldn'tprovide a receipt. The employee was not friendly. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl rolled her eyes as she went toget the manager. The manager handled the situation very well but did correct the fact that I could've got all dark but itwould've been 10 more minute wait. I refuse to wait longer as all this took a half hour before I spoke with manager. She saidshe couldn't make changes as corporate sets the price as far as the up charge which I thought was wrong since they were out ofslaw. Read more
Was waiting to order chicken. Managers were outside. Staff said it?s be 25 mins. Came back 25 mins later and they said it will... be 25 mins. They need employees and managers. Horrible customer service! Read more
