Horrible experience, I just went to the drive thru to get four crunchy tacos, nachos w/ cheese and a drink. I go to order and no... one says anything on the speaker so I say hello and they were listening the whole time , not greeting me or acknowledging thatI?m there. I order my food and don?t think anything else before pulling up to the window. When I get there, I believe it was thesame lady who took my order she doesn?t say a word to me. She just sticks her hand out and expects for me to hand her the cardand then we go the whole time in silence. I said hello and everything and she said nothing to me. I asked her for fire sauce andshe just gives me a look as if she didn?t understand what I said, so I repeated it and then she just tosses a few in there andhanded me the bag. When I get to a light I realize that the bag feels a little light so I go to check it and she ended up givingme one crunchy taco and three soft ones and she didn?t give me any chips or cheese. She basically messed up my entire order anddidn?t speak to me the entire time I was at the window, I highly recommend everyone go to a different Taco Bell. Just not thisone. Awful honestly awful. It?s not the first time they messed up the orders. They always do this. That?s why I rarely ever go,but this time I thought I would give it a chance.. never again. Read more
If I could give this taco bell no stars, I would. First of all, I made my order for dine in and the food comes out all in bags... for take out. Secondly, the lobby is so disgusting. The tables were not even fully clean. It looks like they just wiped oversuper quick and left with napkins, crumbs, straws, etc. My boyfriend and I were the only ones there and it didn?t seem busy atall for it to be so messy. Thirdly, our order was messed up. We asked for a burrito supreme and even paid extra for sour creamand lettuce. The burrito came with only beef, cheese, and sour cream. Another thing is the fountain drink machine wasn?t workingat all, I wanted a strawberry lemonade and they didn?t have any. Overall it was a bad experience, I do not recommend going tothis taco bell. I only go to this one in a pinch because they usually seem to mess up something. The one by Walmart is better. At this one,... I've had: - nacho chips that tasted rancid (I spit it out before swallowing and threw it in the garbage and I am definitely notone to waste food but I hope they were just stale because they tasted like pesticide smells) - soggy nacho fries - several timeshave completely forgotten large parts of my order, whole burritos missing, not just condiments - the soda isn't even as good asthe other location, less carbonation, too much syrupy sweetness They are friendly and more likely to stay open until the lastminute, though, so I always figure I just caught them at a bad moment. Came here to pick up an Uber eats order and was ignored for several minutes. When I finally was acknowledged I still had to wait... for roughly another 10 minutes before I ever got the food. The staff was extremely unprofessional, standing around laughing andjoking instead of fulfilling orders. Even the manager was joining in with the goofing off. Truly pathetic. Read more

This store is a hot mess. Workers out smoking with the doors open. And people waiting in line. Manager yelling at them to come... on . It's a hot mess lol food is good as what u expect from taco bell. Service is lacking. Read more
