Stopped in for lunch to dine in. No sweet tea available. My fries were lukewarm. Tried to get a table back near the window all... five of them were dirty I had to go and ask for somebody to come and clean the tables. Fast food definitely isn't anything likeit used to be. Everything deserves a ZERO, in my opinion along with my 2 sisters. U had to order through keosk, we did and paid, order did not... make it to the screen for the workers. Manager was very rude and we called credit card while there. Charge had been approved.Still no help and no chance to get our food. In the meantime saw unsanitary conditions, the fry person with no gloves. Oneemployee walked past french fries, got some and put in her mouth while working. I got name of manager and i will report towendys. Come on people, if you dont respect your job enough to do it right, then get a job you can handle! Read more
I like that they have baked potatoes! Wendy's tends to be very slow in the service department, as far as getting your food. I do... not understand why they are so slow. They do cook every burger to order, but there must be some efficiency improvements thatcould be made along the line somewhere. Read more
They take to long to take your order at the drive thru. They do one car at a time and it's very frustrating. I try not to go... there if I don't have a craving for frosty. Tonight we went there for just frostys and it took 30 minutes in line and there wereonly 3 cars in front of us. They just don't care anymore. It's really not worth it. I love the fact that you can go in and order a 4 for $4 and they'll let you swap fries for a baked potato or chili. The fries... are pretty good, but variety is nice, especially if you're burned out on fries. Sometimes I get the baked potato and put on sourcream or add sour cream and crackers to my chili. The frosty is a great dessert choice. My only complaint is that they got ridof their chocolate cookie over a year ago but it is still pictured on their menu and ads so I keep getting my hopes up andasking if it's back. Of course, this isn't their fault- the staff here don't make the ads. Otherwise, though, I really recommendthe place. I forgot to mention that their honey butter chicken biscuit is delicious for breakfast (and their biscuits arebetter than the other Wendy's I've tried). It's delicious as a combo with potatoes and a chocolate frosty-cino. Read more
I haven't been to a Wendy's in over 5 years......This is what I received after I orderedal a 4 for 4 pand that's not the worse... part, my wife asked the manager was she hiring after seeing the now hiring sign on the counter but the manager said that shewasn't hiring and the only reason i could think she would lie and say she wasn't hiring is because their was nothing but Spanishworkers at this Wendy's in Auburndale on 92 by Walmart...
