This place is wonderful. The ambiance is peaceful and it’s tastefully decorated. My mother and I shared the tempura appetizer... and the sushi for two and it was delicious! My daughter had a California roll and shrimp fried rice and loved it. The server wasprompt and attentive and kind when we asked questions about the various menu items. For a while the place has been great for delivery, the food was good and a decent price. However they keep making more and more... changes between removing items frm the menu (Which I understood in the middle of the COVID pandemic to cut costs), hiking pricesand now jumping the minimum delivery cost amount from $10 to $20. Note this is strictly the total on the items of your total andNOT including the tax so you need to spend at a minimum around $23-24. The delivery minimum was increased justrecently, AFTERthe pandemic is pretty much over so business should have returned to normal. I understand adjusting prices every so often butdoing that alongside an increase minimum charge, it literally defeats the purpose of the supposed "10% discount" for orderingonline. A quick and simple $10 lunch special for while you are at work is now impossible now that you have to spend double this.The cost is pushing it's limits, maybe it is better in person but all the small changes overall are becoming irritatingespecially when there aren't any decent sushi places that don't cost an arm and a leg. Addition: After looking at otherreviews, apparantly delivery and pickup orders just get worse off service in general. We have ordered from here at least 2 dozentimes and even the food quality can be hit or miss with either poorly put together rolls made in a rush, or ingredients simplyabout to go bad namely avacado or dried out rice. I truly have nothing negative to say about futomaki, they have never let me down. I began going here when they opened and... they’ve became my go to place when it comes to asian cuisine. Not only are they extremely affordable, their quality iswonderful and the service is always quick and very friendly. I usually get take out lunch specials, but the environment insideis great and comfortable too. Read more

Me and my wife ordered two chicken teriyaki platters one with very little sauce the other with heavy sauce and both platters to... be hot & spicy. There was no spice added chicken tasted very sweet, vegetables were smothered in sauce and the food was nasty.The complimentary mushroom soup was the best thing that came with the meal however it only contained one chopped up mushroom invegetable broth. Definitely not worth the $15 they charged for each platter! We didn’t even finish our meal and were forced tothrow it out because it was so unappetizing and we were left extremely unsatisfied with the meal. On a positive note thepresentation looked very nice. Maybe we were unlucky and caught them on a bad day, however due to this experience we wontpatronize anytime soon. Read more
