My husband and I finally stopped by this place after discussing it for months and WOW, DID LESBIVEGGIES DELIVER. First of all,... the cashier was fabulous! Very kind and patient. Exemplary customer service. Then, the food. ???? Every item we ordered wasabsolutely DELISH. The Brussels were crisp and bathed in a yummy sweet maple dijon sauce. The cauliflower BBQ \"wings\" were theperfect amount sauce & crisp. The eggplant terrine... Mmmmmmm, so good! Again the sauce to cheese to crispy ratio was ON POINT.And the coconut noodles, yum. We both agreed that we would go back soon and try some of the other items on the menu since wewere so pleased and impressed with everything the first time around. A great dinner all around! I\'ll have to return for brunch and also the the birria tacos. The fried cauliflower sandwich is... killer: crunchy and spicy sweet, just big enough. The truffle potatoes could be a meal themselves. Creamy potato leek soup withperfect seasoning, and even the blueberry tea made me want more. Great service and friendly staff. The avocado toast is remarkable and paired with delicious roasted truffle potatoes. And for a hot day like today,the breakfast tostadas are cooling and light.\n\nThe dining area is small but has enough room to fit around 20 people without itfeeling claustrophobic. It\'s well decorated with powerful quotes on the wall, some greenery, and cool paintings which gives ita light and modern feel. That decor extends into the single and very clean bathroom. Small but happening vegan restaurant on a cute little downtown street in audobon, NJ. This place stayed pretty busy for the... duration of our visit & after trying the food, I can definitely see why! It was Divine! The blueberry tea was amazing. I chosethe breakfast tostada and while it was a bit heavier than I was anticipating, the flavor was incredible.
