Slowest order ever. I ordered a reg ice cream in a cup, my brother got regular ice cream in a waffle cone and my husband ordered... a regular blast with chocolate ice cream and m&ms. My husbands was the consistency of melted ice cream. We waited in a long lineand everyone before and after us got their order before ours until the line actually cleared. Im understanding of training newemployees, but handing over a subpar product is unacceptable. Read more
The Brusters in Limerick is closer but the only time we?ve been there the gentleman with longer hair was so nasty I knew I?d... never go back. Audubon location always has a ton of dairy free flavors for my family. I ordered an ice cream cake for the 4thand when I went to pick it up they didn?t have the order. They quickly rectified it was quarts of ice cream, cones and toppingsand were sincerely so apologetic. 10/10 Read more

The ice cream flavor choices make it so hard to choose what you want--but that's a good thing! I had a cup of something with... buckeyes(really just moosetracks), but it was so rich, creamy and delicious. They have so many options for shakes, sundaes andeven specialty kids cups. I recommend Bruster's to anyone who is looking for quality ice cream and flavors that are not run ofthe mill. Read more
We went on a Wednesday evening at about 7 pm, in march. We tried to order a hot dog meal but the fryer was down... We didn't... know they had food other than ice cream until we got there so it didn't matter to us. We ordered two Banana splits with no whipcream. We got exactly what we ordered and we both agreed that they were in our top five best banana splits we ever had. Theemployees were cordial and service was quick. It's not cheap but it shouldn't be. Technically what we had was more of a bananachop than a banana split, but shape has no affect on taste. Read more
Very good ice cream. We enjoy traveling to find ice cream places to try. This is one of our favorites.
