Met a few former co-workers for dinner. Overall, my experience was not too bad. The staff were polite and professional. However,... I felt the service was a little slow. It seemed like they did not have enough waiters/waitresses on duty. The menu was alittle misleading regarding the Louisiana shrimp and crab cake entree. Our waitress clarified that the shrimp were in the crabcakes. Based on the description, one would think it would be separate. When the meal arrived, it was just two small crab cakes.The outside was cooked fine, but the interior could have been heated more. Read more
Changing my review to ONE STAR when management couldn't bother to respond until I put in several requests for an answer and when... they FINALLY did, THEY DEFENDED THE WAITRESS' (NON) ACTIONS!!! Even writing to the parent company got me nowhere as they neverbothered to reply at all. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER EVER NEVER RETURN!! The food was DELICIOUS!! However theservice was ZERO!!! The waitress took our order then we never saw her again, ever. I had an empty water glass since before mymeal (which came delivered by a different person). One without think that with all the staff passing by our table SOMEONE wouldnotice my empty glass and bring me more water. Those guys are quick to pick up your empty plates, they should see your emptyglass!! Since our waitress abandoned us, we had to go up front to pay the bill. Management seemed to care less about ourexperience. All they did was get that waitress - who brought us the bill and apologized saying "I never do that". Yet shedid. Been coming to this place a bunch of times after our golf round. I must say their food is always spectacular, rarely do I use... spectacular. Service is always friendly. But the food is what I always come back for. First of all I love their warm bread (mybuddy and I call them “crack bread” bc they’re addictive. Today I tried their French onion soup and now they have mehooked on their soup. Food comes out hot and well presented. And it’s clean, plus eating outside on a cool evening is alsovery nice. They also had a woman play live music, although it isn’t something I would come back for it was a nice touch to theambiance. Keep it up guys! Read more
My wife is still talking about this salad! Chadwick's is a wonderful place for a quiet, peaceful place to eat. The staff is... friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. We had a table overlooking the golf course. Absolutely 5 stars+! Read more
