Good. Server was great. It was just kinda busy. So our food kinda looked like it was kinda carelessly thrown on the plates. We... got all you can eat wings where they bring multiple plates and this was a special they were running. Most people were orderingthis so that kitchen was just slinging wings and it showed on the plates. No biggie. I still like Applebee's and plan onreturning. Read more
It's a good place to chat and have drinks but they use the microwave so much w their food, I try to eat before I go. They take... too many shortcuts yet take forever to bring food out. I once had finger holes in my mashed potatoes all because they press themashed potatoes out onto your plate from a bag. They didn't have sense enough to even attempt to make it look good..just threwsome chives on it???????? Read more
We had long wait times for just about everything, however I noticed rather quickly that they were short staffed (I saw one bar... tender, two servers, and a hostess) so they were honestly killing it! Our server was very upbeat and had a smile the whole timeeven with all the running around I saw her do. She took care of all her tables with the same level of enthusiasm. I give this five stars of the service alone. Asia was our server and she didn't miss a beat and she had a great attitude to go... along with a great work ethic. Our food was great and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Pictures will be added alongwith this review. The music was also fitting for the atmosphere. The only thing we didn't like was the HVAC system had it warmerthan we would have liked, but it wasn't warm enough to take away from the great service drinks, and food. Read more

I picked my food up to go and the service was quick. I was checked out and received my food in less than 6 min of being here... which was amazing! But who cares about fast service if the food is always cold. I?ve eaten here many times and honestly it?salways the same. Very disappointing especially if you like Mozzarella sticks :( Read more
October 19, 2022 at 6pm. The Service was less than desirable we had to flag down the server to place our order he never came to... offer us any other assistance when we express our concern about this, the server stated that he was watching us so he felt theneed not to come to us and ask us if everything was OK. The manager served us are spinach dip Which was old and burnt he Hetried to convince us that this is how the Spanish dip always looked it was served in a to go container which he stated they hadno appetizer bowls. The patriots behind us had appetizer bowls they even apologize for their meal being less than desirablegave it to them that item for free. Mine you we had the same server they ( he was also training) ignored us completely whenwe explained that to server he got mad and stated that "at least the food was good right". My advice to anyone if you wanna gothere for a GHETTO EXPERIENCE then that's the right Neighborhood Applebee's for your dining pleasure, but if you want decentservice or even good service you should go to another establishment.
