I place an $80 order for delivery this evening. The Augusta location is 1.3 miles from my house, so the order fulfillment time... was going to be fairly quick. I waited around 45 mins, and then got a call from the delivery service. My order had beencancelled, not by the delivery service but by the restaurant. They weren't able to fulfill it. I understand that this happens,but why did they not know they couldn't complete this after receiving my order? They didn't know this until the delivery guyhad been sitting there for 15 mins? I don't have an issue with the restaurant not being able to complete the order, I have anissue with the restaurant taking 45 mins to determine this when I could have gone ahead and place an order with another company. Disappointing. There was a profound (but indiscernible) unpleasant odor noticable upon my entry and remained throughout my... visit. Aside from that, my order was rung up incorrectly (I was charged additional for "steak" nachos, which I didn't order).Consequently, I will likely not return to this location nor would I recommend it to anyone. Thank you for putting aluminum foil on your paper to go box. I hate tasting the recycling paper and the box getting soggy. ... That was a big plus for me. My family ate their food as soon as they got it but I'm eating it tomorrow. Hope all I asked foris there. Read more
The only reason I?m giving it two stars is because the cheese dip was good and the people were friendly. I got a chicken burrito... and the chicken seemed like it was canned chicken it was not fresh at all. No one was even on the grill when I went in there soI guess that should of been my first sign that it may not be fresh meat. There is always people on the grill when I go todiablos. I went at 12:45 and there was only 2 other customers so that should of been my other sign. Diablos is by far better asfar as taste goes. Read more
Good place to go snag some mex bowl, and it was the first place I was taken to when I moved to town. Years later we still grab... food from here fairly regularly. They have more protein, veggie, and sauce options than most of their competitors and the foodfeels cleaner overall. Give barbs a shot. Read more
