This locations has gotten out of hand! Stopped by for breakfast at 6:50 a.m. and sat in drive-thru until 7:02 and NO ONE ever... answered the speaker. This is the 3rd time dealing with their mess. Multiple cars drove off ahead of and behind me. Obviouslymanagement and owners do not care about making a profit nor servicing their clientele. Just shut the place down so a restaurantwith owners who check their staff can move in. Being short-handed is one thing but the staff here is an absolute abomination!!Went to Peach Orchard and drove off WITH FRESH FOOD in only 2 min. Read more
Every time I come to this Bojangles there seems like there is a wait. There was only one car at the window and one car at the... speaker and they could not get drive-through moving to save their life. It?s a shame that you have to wait almost 25 minutes inline just for a biscuit or some fries. Most of the time I will give them credit. Their food is OK, but it still goes back tonobody should have to wait that long when there is a building full of people supposedly working. Most of the time everyone inthe restaurant has an attitude there will be one or two in the building that do not have an attitude and will try to go out oftheir way to help you but majority of the time everybody has their nose, turned up or just acts like they don?t even wanna be atwork that day. I waited 10 minutes in curbside for my order not be complete and cold cause they didn't get the notification I was there. The... only reason I'm ok with the person that brought me my food apologized a lot and she only picked it up off the counter. If Iweren't sick I would go back and get a refund. Normally get A-1 service no complaints. Read more
If the Manager can't get it right, who can? The manager took the orders at the window today. I ordered a number 15, 3 wings with... 2 sides. Ordered dirty rice and pinto beans, got macaroni and beans. Asked for sauce at the window, he charged me for it andwhen I asked for my receipt, totally different price on receipt. Chicken dry, no sauce available, food forced without a bag in a hurried manner, had to ask for one....look at this presentation... of my chicken tenders--sad over cooked chicken. Read more
The service was very slow, and the chicken was just not that good. It was edible, but I won't ever go back and get anymore. The... pieces were small, and they didn't have much flavor. Certainly was not crispy. The service treated me more like an inconveniencethan a customer. Read more
I only eat breakfast at Bojangles! I normally eat at the Bojangles at hwy 56 and tobacco Rd and always have good experience with... food and customer service. Today I had errands on wrightsboro road so I went into the Bojangles here on wrightsboro. The cashierhad the worst attitude and no friendly welcoming demeanor like most customer service workers do. Ariel was what her name tagsaid. I ordered my food for dine in but she put it in bags. Part of my order was a gravy biscuit. She put the gravy biscuit inthe bag on its side causing the gravy to spill out in of the styrofoam container. I reminder her it was on for dine in and shejust gave me stupid look. I asked for a tray and she stood there she didn't understand me. Finally, she in pulled out a tray andput my food on a dirty tray. I am very appreciative of any person who nowadays at least goes to work. However, whoever she kepttexting while I ordered and was waiting for my food must have made her mad or put her in bad mood and she let it interfere withdoing a good job. I considered it displaced anger. I doubt I will return to this restaurant and if I do I won't order if she iscashier taking my order. Read more
