I love Burger King, but NOT this location. I keep coming back here hoping it was just that one time but I continue to be... disappointed. I made an online order to pick up in the drive thru and waited about 30 minutes behind 4-5 cars to pick up myorder then the order didn't fully match up with the order put in the app (fries vs apple sauce, unsweet tea vs sweet). It's justnot worth the wait to eat at the Wrightsboro Burger King, Washington Rd is 100% better. Read more
The staff was great the manager was loud the hold time while we were in there yelling at staff . I couldn't enjoy my food from... all the yelling . I order kid meals for my grandsons they got one of grandson burger wrong so he took it back they apologized.My other grandson chicken nuggets what over cooked .but like I said the staff was helpful I walk with a cane one of the staffcarried my food to the table for me grateful. This restaraunt is always "hit or miss". The staff is always kind, the service is always fast, but they don't always have... burgers. There has been many times over the years that their grill has gone down or they just didn't have burgers. Today I gotin before the lunch rush and had a hot juicy flame broiled burger. Tomorrow I may try to repeat the process and hear they onlyhave chicken available. They are also not open for dinner, so if you get off work and hunger level is elevated, you're askingfor frustration driving here. Read more
I repeated my order three times, and they still got it wrong. I wasn't the only one that happened to, either. Glad I was dining... in and not in the drive thru. The cashier tried to act like it was my fault, but when I order the same thing every time, I don'tmisspeak, especially when I repeat it three times. At least they fixed it. Read more
Nothing but chicken.No meat available. Ordered 3 chicken items. 1 fries and soda. Had to pull around to wait for older after 8... mins in drive thru. 2 cars behind me got their orders while I waited 6 more minutes in parking space. I wonder what they orderedthat was different and faster. If that sign was anywhere farther away from drive thru, I would have driven away. But hadvehicles behind and was committed by the time I got close enough to see it. Great Job BK! Read more
Thinking we could enjoy a quick burger, I stop here today. I notice the sign saying that burgers were unavailable, only chicken,... okay no problem, we'll make do! I ordered some food, and went to pay. I handed the attendant a $20 bill, and my total was$13.28. The manager hands me $6 back, I looked at my receipt, and I asked "where is my change?" So the manager says "we've beenin a national change shortage for some time now, I ain't got no change." So as I'm sitting here fumbling for my card, bc moneyis money, I then notice how stale my food is. At this point, I don't even want to send anything back, nor hand my card over,when the manager has an ugly attitude. This isn't right! We've been in the pandemic for over a year, I'm sure the shortage hasbeen fixed in most areas.
