Ordered an Italian philly sub extra provolone with fries yesterday 8/2. Let me just say it was really good. I ordered around... opening, 11am. I asked that my fries be cooked fresh, it was; and the two on duty at the time was very attentive as I watchedthem prepare my order. The other day I ordered a Philly and fries. Got my order and they had replaced the fries for chips!! When asked about it, they... claim they were out of fries!! So why didn?t you just say that when I came to pick up my order and allow ME to decide if I wanta replacement or refund for the unavailable item. There were a few people getting a refund for the same issue. Read more
The staff is slow not friendly. I was in-line 15 minutes just for them to take my order. They didn?t have that many customers.... It was 4 employees working there, only two of them were actually doing something. I could see the wait been long if they hadwhole lot of customers. The staff looked like they didn?t want to be there. By far not an original Philly cheese steak you should do a little more research for you original cheesecake
Daughter went up to order some cheese fries and was told they weren't taking any additional orders for 20 minutes. I was able... to place the order online at least which allowed the extra star. The fries were just OK and looked disappointing. I've gottenthe sandwiches as well from here before and they're normally dry and lack the flavor you'd expect from a Philly cheese steak.Its mall food, but there are better choices still in the food court. Food is ok, customer service the worst. And I was dealing with the Owner of the franchise Osmond Paschal. He shouldn't be in... charge of anything or anyone, his own employees looked at him like he was crazy. Yelling at customes from across the food court.Who dose that? This has been a terrible experience with the store manager Shaniqua. I received the order incorrectly the first time due to the... store not giving the driver the correct meal. Called DoorDash and they tried to send another order. The driver cancelled it andtried to speak to the store manager with her nasty attitude and told me that she could not process a refund after they both putme on hold for an extended period of time. She then told me to call DoorDash back and have them process the refund because theydon?t do it in the store. Will not be coming back here anytime soon. Complete imbeciles. Read more
