This place has gone down ridiculously. The staff are nothing like they use to be. The place is nasty and not clean now. The... teenagers they have working there now do NOT seem to be interested in their jobs. They rather play around with each other andtext on their phones. Drink area was so nasty and sticky. The prices have went up and their service has went down tremendously.The manager now do not seem interested in fixing or correcting issues they get attitudes now. They use to have a great staffincluding managers. I think they need to shut off down revamp fire and rehire. Think twice or three times before you go here foryour child?s party these ppl do not give you your moneys worth?. Read more

Went for a birthday party and for my son's birthday as well, the food is okay but I gave 4 stars just because they offer wings... for the adults. I did not like the fact that the staff were acting like security for Chuck E. instead of letting the kids greethim and hug him, they told the kids to back up and give him space like they were carrying diseases or something. himself Wentback the next week as an extra special hang out for my son's birthday before going to see Wakanda Forever and he didn't enjoyhimself as much because alot of different game machines were not working, like they were offline.
