I mean, it was CiCis. Overall neutral experience. The food was pretty good, but the place struggles with cleanliness. Both my 4... year old and I were about to vomit in the bathroom because it smelt so bad. Like maybe sewage? I really don't know. The arcadewith my 4 year old was a little frustrating. There was a group of kids, some younger and some older, playing ball in there andrunning around carelessly. I was worried either myself or my daughter were about to get hurt or hit in the head with the ball.The younger kids kept running up to the arcade machines and hitting the buttons that were my daughter's plays. (My money, mycard, for my daughter) I only had $10 on me for her to enjoy, which doesn't go very far. No parents in sight. I expect kids tobe having fun and possibly even running around to a degree, but this was just too much. Food however was good, making it abetter experience from the few negative aspects of it. Freaking awesome place! Everybody is nice. If I?m lying may god strike me down for a furious vengeance! Perfect little arcade... they?ve got too, when my family goes I spend a whole lot of time in there. Guarantee Cicis will be seeing me a lot, maybe notso much on the weekends. Management tampered with and disabled the water in the Coke machine to force the customer to pay for each bottle, while sodas... have free refills. Salad bar is all from frozen so everything is mushy. Before they moved locations from Flowing Wells Rd. itwas wonderful, but now between the hectic atmosphere and subpar food, it?s not worth it. Best Cicis Pizza I have ever been too! The staff were amazing and the food was delicious! Food was always fresh and new options... being placed out (even made the pizza I requested). Management walking around constantly picking up dirty plates and talkingwith customers! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I will definitely be back! Read more
