The store is great because there are so many items to choose from and it's pretty clean but, the employees attitudes are another... thing. I chose this store, even though its a 10 minute drive from my house, because of the many options available, espicallythe f'real smoothies and shakes but, after todays events I think Im going to have to go somewhere else! Management needs tore-evaluate who they choose to deal with their loyal customers. Coming from someone who deals with the public daily you need tolearn when to bite your tongue even when you dont want to while still smiling. Read more
The blimpys resturant has a very poor acting sandwich maker in the afte. She has the personality of a gas pump. Really needs to... be trained how to smile ad to handle a customer with respect...after all we do pay you your pay check lady. Read more
They are pretty fast and sales clerks for the most part do a great job. One to many times tho u stand at the counter waiting on... them because they are all in the back. Otherwise I stop all the time. Read more
Remodeled store w/ all kinds of drinks, Blimpie's & soft serve machine.
Purchased gas and set the cash on the counter. The lady at the register at 2:42 am on 8/29/17 said, that's a little rude. I... asked what's rude? She said putting the money on the counter like that. I then asked how am I supposed to do it then? She saidhand it to her like she is handing my change to me. I told her, what's rude is you saying that to a customer (me). Very poorcustomer service. I will drive miles to another gas station if I have to. I won't go there again. Read more
Third shift left the ladies on this morning's shift with a terrible mess. Particularly at the coffee bar. But that did not slow... them down for a minute. Janice and Lauren were wide open tearing down the coffee bar , cleaning it , and putting it backtogether while simultaneously running around the store waiting on customers. This is a busy Friday morning , but these twohard-working ladies exhibiting some of the best work ethic and customer service that I have ever seen.
