The food was ok but you get no condiments unless asked. The price for the food was crazy but it seems to be the only fast food... with grill food. I'll go back only because I'm tried of fried food. Read more
Burger was mixed up in the wrapper an the walking taco mix they made smelled like garbage. Onion rings were burnt so bad my dog... wouldn?t come near it. This place was really good two years ago what happened. Customer service is no where to be found. Read more
This is by far the WORST Cookout in the CSRA. I just spent an ENTIRE HOUR at the drive-thru for our order to be wrong. They told... us to pull around and wait in the front of the store for the rest of our order, after charging us for what they got wrong whichwas more than half of my order. I waited for 20 minutes in front of the store for 2 orders of Chilli cheese fries. I went to thedoor to ask where my food was, which was unlocked. They tried telling me they were closed and I informed them I just wanted myfreaking food. They then handed me my food instantly meaning it had been done for a while and they had no intentions of bringingit out to me. My order here is always wrong, It takes 30-45 minutes to get food just to wait longer because its wrong. Iordered a big double burger with everything on it and this is what I got. This Cook out is HORRIBLE... Go anywhere on PeachOrchard but here, honestly. The employees are too busy vaping in the store and dancing/ talking with each other rather thanactually working. While waiting for my food there was an employee just sitting in the front not doing a single thing... Not oncedid he try to bring us our food. Read more
Great fresh burger with good toppings and variety. Got a cheerwine float and they are very generous with the ice cream, you can... almost make a shake out of it by the end, no soda leftover. Read more

This was my "big" double burger. Didn't have the bacon or pickles on it like I ordered. Even though it was only a few cents,... they didn't give me my change. Almost drove off without the "large" double mint chocolate shake which is a very sad excuse for alarge if what I received was in fact a "large"(on the left in picture) Read more
Very slow service tonight. And had me sitting in the drive thru for over 7 minutes without acknowledging me or at least letting... me know to hold on if they needed more time. Not to mention they only had 3 other cars in the line. Read more
