This is exactly how I received my meal. The BBQ plate but the container was scattered with melted foam holes. I had food falling... out of holes. Not sure how this happened but I?ll eventually be back to give a second chance. After all, I really do like cookout! Read more
I never do these stupid reviews but I felt the need to today. All of my family was in town visiting and we wanted to see what... the hype was all about. The lady at the register was SO kind and friendly. She was very understanding about how long we took toorder. We ordered 7 trays! We got out food in roughly 10-15 minutes. Everything tasted great considering this was fast food. Westayed for over an hour in the lobby eating and talking about our day before deciding to get shakes. The staff knew we had my 2year old son running around the lobby and gave him a little ice cream surprise while the adults had their shakes! They treatedus so well. I hate fast food but would definitely go back for the quality and staff!!! Thank you guys for today!!!! Sorry wemade you so busy! Added bonus: you can not beat that price for the food quantity! I love Cook Out. I absolutely recommend one of their 40+ different flavors of milkshakes. The banana pudding milkshake is... amazing! Also check out the wraps. They're less than $2 each. The chicken ranch one is my favorite. Read more
