At first when we ordered a dozen donuts, they were kind of small. They were almost miniature donuts. When the person I was with... asked about the donuts not being the right size, one of the workers snapped back and said that they were the right size. Westarted to get a refund but one of the other workers came up to the counter and said that she would make another batch fresh andgive us those. She actually made our day. I have come to expect when the hot light is on... You actually get hot donuts. "hot and fresh" donuts came out of a warming... drawer. Not really hot or fresh. Not to mention the donuts were smaller than any other Krispy Kreme location I have seen. I'mnot sure what is going on at this location but it is not up to the standard I have seen in other locations in other states. Notto mention the ridiculous "exact change" policy.
