It's been well over 9 yrs since I last had a 5 Guy's burger, so I decided to treat myself today.. The blk broad who worked the... register today has no people skills. She didn't greet me, nor did she make me feel comfortable about spending my money there.Her energy was pretty terrible, but other than that, the food was pretty good. Just received my order. This was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger burger (no bun) and a small fry. The picture speaks for... itself and the fries were overdone and uneditable. Disappointing. Read more
This is my first time at this store, but the food here is always good. They're a bit expensive, but good. My budget doesn't... allow me to dine at this franchise regularly due to this. This store had worker pulling double duties. She was the cashier aswell as cleaning and sweeping the floor. The other workers were extremely busy filling orders. Read more
This particular restaurant has always been great, clean, fast, efficient. However, on this particular visit, 5 guys truly let me... down with a bad French fry experience. 5 guys signature is not only their burgers, but the mound of fries in your bag. This hasalways been consistent. Not sure what changed, but this location only filled the cup sparingly with absolutely no extra friesin the bag, a total let down. Undercooked and over salted, not to mention the $4 price for about 20 fries, Really??? Findanother location!! Read more
Definitely my favorite chain for a burger. Fast service, good food, accurate order... all hard to find these days. This location... has all 3! My kids also swear by this place, and they are all picky eaters. Give it a shot, and you won't be disappointed. Read more
Great experience! Clean cafe, exceptional customer service, and delicious food. I left happy and I would absolutely recommend... this location! Don?t waste your time at Checkers or Burger King. These are the best fast food Burgers in town. Plus thefries?ummm yea, they are incredible. I use to have no problem at this location but today on 09/16/2022 . I received a undercooked burger. I brought the burger back... up there to show the Manager. He didn?t even care to see the burger just rudely ask if I wanted my burger to be remade or arefund ? won?t be back at this location anytime soon . You would think that the manager would speak to the cook about makingsure the burgers were cook properly instead of rushing due to lunch crowd !! Read more
