Good drinks, good food, bring a friend and it's good times. Plastic silverware but plenty of napkins. They even have hot water... in the restrooms and paper towels for drying your hands. My rum punch drink was nice, the larger size is a necessity for lastingthrough your meal. Our server Ethan was prompt and friendly. I hope to soon return. Read more

UPDATE 8-22-22- I was HORRIBLY sick all afternoon and into the evening. My husband was fine, and we both had the chicken. I... didn?t eat anything else all day so the only thing it could have been was cross contamination. I?m incredibly sad that one of myfavorite places is now off the list because they don?t care like they used to. Original post 8-21-22- This place used to begreat. I?d look forward to going because it was one of the few places that seemed to care about gluten free, and would let thecooks know so they?d take special precaution when cooking my meal. This time was completely different. I told my server as Ialways do about my gluten issues, and she acted like she didn?t hear me. I took care to read all of the labels on the sauces, and selected what was labeled gluten free. When I went to give my food to the cook I once again said I was gluten free.. shelooked at me like I had two heads and said ?well, if you selected your food you know you chose gluten free stuff ? to which Ireplied ?I know, but you used to cook gluten free stuff separately as to avoid cross contamination.? She replied by motioningover to the grill with wooden separators between the food (that sauces would easily seep under) and said ?we cook everythingseparately?? My only choice was to accept that and go on? as I write this I haven?t yet received my food so I?ll update if I getsick later? I used to come because they actually seemed to care about food allergies, but clearly they don?t anymore. I don?tplan on returning anytime soon. Read more

Unlike any Mongolian place we have ever been to. They do not have all you can eat. There is more choices for proteins though. ... The beef choice was so tough we could not eat it. The beef should be sliced thin instead of chunks to be easier to eat. Theymake you mix your rice of noodles into the bowl so it appears like you get a lot of food. The precooked bowls are so small thatyou can barely get veggies in with you meats. They kept falling out of the bowl and onto the tray. The sauces disappear oncecooked. I personally like a little extra sauce to eat my rice with. The server was very nice and he did a great job. Themanager (I think that was her title) tried to be helpful, but by then I was like just give me my bowl before my husbandfinishes his meal. We will probably not come back here again. Read more

The meat was so tough I found it hard to chew enough to even swallow. Definitely a choking hazard. The employees were nice... enough and very friendly but the food quality so poor they could not overcome it. If you decide to try this place I would avoidthe red meat altogether as it was plain awful and again I think dangerous.. Read more

The customer service was served with a side of attitude. Ignored by the ?buffet line? guy who didn?t even make eye contact with... me. The meat sitting there in bowls smelt gross. They didn?t tell me what the procedures are, so I had to remake my bowl and getin line behind a big group. When the server came to check on me, I got more attitude. When I tried to explain what happened inthe line, they cut me off and interrupted me. The manager explained that they would cook my bowl before the people in the biggroup and tried to explain what happened by telling me all about how busy and understaff they are. (They we?re not busy at alland had enough staff.) I got the beef bowl and it was terrible. The beef was so chewy, I ate around it. To top it off, themanager never came back to help me settle the bill, so I had to do it at the hostess stand and they made me pay for that meal.Horribly disappointing experience. I won?t be back ever. Read more

**updated review** ***I went back for pad thai about a week after my last review. The bartender took my togo order and said i... could do a build-your-own pad thai. The ingredient bar had none of the vegetables for pad thai. I was very disappointed, butthe manager assured me they would have what i wanted on my next visit. I did go back again and was very happy with thatexperience (despite my dish still not having peanuts). Overall this restaurant has potential to be great, but staffing matters. It is a hit or miss with the service and quality of food here. *** My second experience here left me unsatisfied. I orderedthe large pad Thai (almost $20). I asked for sweet chili sauce and was given a very spicy sauce instead. The chicken tastescharred, but not terrible. There weren?t any peanuts in my dish and I had to ask for them. Overall the meal was edible, butnot what I expected for the price. ***edited to add how nasty the restaurant is too?*** Read more

Great in theory, wouldn't really recommend. A unique experience for sure never again though. Initially my husband and I had an... okay time, although concerns about sanitation popped up the longer we stayed.. their buffet was out uncovered with gnats flyingaround, seafood smells dirty and didn't look fully cleaned out(Def had my belly hurting the next day), and all meat looked likeit was out at room temp.. the cooks hang around the grill with their masks barely on their faces, waiters nor bussers if theyhave any sprayed and cleaned all tables after guest left..If they're like this in plain sight I'm nervous what it's like when noone is around to see. I thought this would be a great place for substitute meal prepping lmaoo for custom dine in orders you goand pick out everything from your meats, greens, veggies ect. even season it yourself, you're more than halfway there might aswell go back there and cook it yourself too. The food was basic. I saw Caucasian male cook who had on a blue shirt sniffing the uncooked food that was in clear plastic bag... before putting it on the grill. I'm assuming that he was a manager since the others behind the grill had on black shirts. NOEMPLOYEE had on a mask not even the one sniffing the uncook food. This was my first visit and I used the birthday coupon for anappetizer since there was no dessert on the menu. Once and done Read more
