Understaffed and took forever to get anything. Took over 10 minutes just to get seated. 10 more for a a waitress to take our... drink order, and another 10 to get them. Gave our waitress some slack since there were only three for a packed restaurant.However, it didn't get any better even after all of the dinner rush left and only the fight crowd was left. Our waitress stillcouldn't find time to keep our drinks filled or table cleared. Add in the fact they were out of almost every beer we tried toorder and we had to use plastic utensils. I hadn't been to Hooters in forever, and decided to give it another go. Naturally, extremely friendly staff, well made and mixed... alcoholic drinks, and arguably the best wings I've had in a while. A little pricy, but still worth it. Read more
Onion rings were perfect? Wings good but very greasy?
If I could give this 0 stars I would. But I can't so ill give it a 1. I showed up at 9:30pm to grab some wings and a sweat tea.... I didn't even my drink until 10:24. I put in an order of wings at that time since no one even asked me what I wanted. I waitedon my wings from 10:24pm until 11:05pm. I was finished with my food and ready to go at 11:40. Asked for a To go box at 11:40, tothen wait for my receipt. I had to flag down another waitress twice in order to ask her to tell my waitress that j wanted myreceipt. Since mine keep chatting it up with another table across the building and never even coming over to check on me. Evenafter that it still took my waitress another 10mins to give me my receipt. I didn't get my receipt until 12:05. I spent over2.5hrs here, not even watching the game, had one drink refill and an order of wings. I spent only 16min eating. The rest of the2.5hrs was waiting to be served. I hope this place goes under. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I will not come backhere even if they paid me. I could have been a simple in an out process, and I contemplative just leaving without paying, but Iat least paid for the food. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
Had my first disappointing experience tonight. They have changed the mozzarella sticks. I confirmed this with the... waitress/bartender. The first batch was cold so we sent them back and the next batch was hot, but the breading is thick andsweet. Almost has a chemical taste. My husband and I were so disappointed. We also love the cold draft beer and all the draftswere out?? The bathroom was so smelly and dirty. What?s happened to Hooters? The wings were still good. I may never dine inagain. I know inflation is making restaurants look for ways to cut costs but you will probably lose my business. Read more
First time coming to this restaurant and must say I was impressed. I stop going to Hooters because the food was terrible. It... doesn't matter to me if the waitress is attractive, if the food sucks I won't go. I was invited to go and must say my friendswere right. Hooters has gotten better with their food. Especially now that they have smoked wings. Smoked meat is the way to go.My only issues is I think it was over smoked when it came to how hard the outside of the wings were. But with how that lackedthe flavor made up for it. The flavor alone rates 5 stars. Also the customer service was amazing. I had Taly. She is an awesomelady. Would highly recommend to ask for her when you visist. She was so nice and helped every way. She has personality which isa plus. Looks aren't everything. She has the entire picture. This place is an all time favorite but not this particular location. The food took over an hour to come to us. They are short on... staff and the waitress was awful. However, the manager did come to get it right. He was nice and apologetic. We ended upthrowing the food away but he canceled our ticket so it is what it is. Read more
