Food quality is good but when it takes over 30 minutes to get a meal you ordered ahead it isn?t worth it. Used the mobile app to... order and even though it recognizes you arrived, you still have to call in. Called and let them know I arrived before theestimated time of my order, they didn?t start making it until I went inside after waiting in curbside for 20 minutes. Always enjoy eating at Jason's. Whenever I am with a group I know it is a good choice as they have such a wide selection on... their menu from good soups, wraps, sandwiches, panini's, subs, baked potatoes, pasta, and a salad bar! Something foreveryone! Then everyone can finish their meal with free ice cream, yum yum. This location is newer and very cool. Service wasfast and the food fresh and tasty. This really bothers me to write this review, because the restaurant has gotten it right so many times until maybe a year ago. I... ordered a club salad today; not the half size and the salad was so small. The pickles were not the usual pickles in the Jason?sDeli wrappers. We ordered sandwiches last Saturday night. My daughter and I ordered ham and cheese. The ham was the squareprocessed ham that I would find out of the grocery store in the lunch meat section. I was very disappointed. I am not surewhat?s happened, but the quality has extremely gone down. Their food is good but they always get the order wrong. I place a order two days ago and asked for the side to be potato salad,... they gave me pasta salad. I just ordered a salad which was suppose to come with avocado and cheese and I haveneither...... Update.. Decided to give them another try. They almost got the food order correct. I asked for oil and vinegarfor my salad, they gave me a ranch type and this is the avocado they gave me. It still has the skin on part of it. Not tomention, why do they have curbside pick up when they never bring the food out to you after you tell them you're there? Read more
We have always loved Jasons Deli, but unfortunately this time the experience wasn?t great. We ordered curbside pickup. My... husband ordered the steak po-boy ($10.79). Now he did order it with just cheese and mayo, but when we got home it had no cheese,only mayo and barely any meat. Also for the price, it would be nice if the sandwich were bigger. Read more
My daughter loves it here. At least once a week she asks to come here to get a lighter portion Caesar salad. I don?t mind... because I LOVE the salad bar and sandwiches here. They?re tomato soup is also bomb so we love it here. Read more
I'm the only one in here, and it took 15 minutes to get my food. When it came out, my hot sandwich was cold. I had to ask for it... to be reheated. They did heat it, but got the bread so soggy, I couldn't even pick it up to eat. I like this franchise, butdidn't like it today. Read more
Gone down hill. We used to come here all the time when it first opened. Service and food was great. It?s been about a year since... we last did a takeout order with them. I was disappointed that it took 8 mins before I was acknowledged at the takeout counter(several people walked by without saying anything). Then when I got home I opened my sandwich box to find this disappointing?scoop? of chicken salad on my sandwich. They used to give you a very large portion (enough for almost a full sandwich on onehalf). The broccoli cheddar soup was still good but the sandwich disappointing. Read more
