Worst customer service. Let?s just say this 3 employees No customers but yet the lady fixing my order is on the phone moving... extremely slow phone was more important so finally she starts to bag the order but wait she stops bagging the order to go lookat a sign on the cooler so then she makes her way back still moving extremely slow talking on the phone she finally hands me thebag almost 15 minutes waiting because she is on the phone the other two employees one went to the back the other one cleaningthe meat cutter the wait was crazy for 1 damn sandwich . Jersey Mike's is good. This place is better than ok. Depends on the lunch crowd. Food is good and the atmosphere is alright.... Nothing to complain about. Read more

After a long day I really didn?t feel like cooking so I came here. The staff was so friendly and quick. I?m pretty sure my face... showed I was tired and not feeling it. Food was A plus excellent. Place was clean. Now, service was TERRIBLE. First, store was jammed pack with employees, but only 2... were actually working. About 5 or 6 employees were joking, being loud and being mischievous in the back kitchen. The 2 workingseem like they were forced to work. The backroom crowd was so loud that it was hard to hear the person tending us. There was nofriendliness received from the two tending employees. This is just the second time we used this facility. First time, servicewas terrible also, but not as bad as this time. Even if we live only 2 miles from the store, it took us more than a year toreturn to it because our first bad experience. Now this experience is even worst. I highly recommend that whoever does thehiring and training, to be replaced. Lack of professionalism was gross. Now, our food was excellent. We love it, but thefranchise owner needs to clean the house of employees that do not care much for customer satisfaction. Read more

They were busy. But it was dirty in there luckily we were just driving through to get to Atlanta. The staff was nice, and moving... fast. Everyone worked as a team. The young man handling food and walking curbside food out and grabbing drinks he swapped hisgloves out each time. But it was dirty in there. Read more

Do not go to the Jersey Mike's outside of Gate 1 if you'd like the delicious JM experience. I exclusively go to the one in... Grovetown but made an exception given this was on the route. This was my second bad experience at this location and I only cameback because I figured it was a one off... Nope, this location just doesn't genuinely respect the sandwich. The people aren'tnecessarily the friendliest either. NEVER again will I go to this specific establishment... Do yourself a favor and driveyourself 6 minutes down the road for a better experience. I've come here twice before with no problems, but when I tried to call them to ask questions about an order they messed up, it... went to voicemail 4 times before someone actually answered the phone only to put me on hold and hang up shortly after.
