I need a give a shout out to Mike and his team at this location. I was in a pinch to cater a lunch for a large customer meeting... of 25 people in an hour. Called them before they opened and Mike answered right away - I asked how quickly he could put togetherthis catering order, and he had it ready within the hour with excellent service on the side. Great food! Their Italian Subs are the best, the Vito is good, but the East Coast Sicilian is better, because anything with... double capicola meat is delicious! One star off for not being able to add my order to the rewards program after we order. Read more

They get an F... Will never order again! We have been ordering from Jimmy John's for years. Today is the LAST and final order.... Never again. I placed the order online as usual and we waited a significant time for the order to arrive. The driver brought inthe bag and it was stapled shut. The driver left and when we opened the bag there was only 1 sandwich in the bag - and onesandwich was missing. We called them immediately and reported the missing sandwich. Their response..? They said that the driversaid the sandwich was in the bag and they refused to bring us the missing lunch. The bag was stapled shut no doubt by those whomake the items. We ordered carry out subs here. The store itself is very clean and the workers are nice. The quality of the food was decent but... we feel we should get more for what we pay for. Overall though, the specials are worth it. Come here and order a special and youwill leave mostly fulfilled. Read more
