Ordered a 12 piece hot wings and a small Cole slaw at 1:29 pm. Was told it would be a 12 minute wait. Told the order taker that... I can wait. I waited until 1:46 then called twice only to be hung up on.I then drove back through the drive thru. I was toldthat my order was given to someone else and that it would be another 7 minutes for my order. I was then asked if I wanted towait or get a refund. I told the person that I can wait. The person then told me to pull up to a red trash can. This was theworst experience I have ever had at any of these fast food restaurants. My wings were brought to my car by 1:56 pm. Arrived at 10:20 when the restaurant was opening at 10:30. The staff was outside the front entrance smoking and talking. At... 10:35, we went to the door and it was still locked. The maintenance guy was heading to the truck and let us in. Two employeeswere sitting at the tables and one was behind the registers. After my sister placed he order for chicken, we were informed thatit would be 30 minutes for chicken, all they had was pot pies and chicken strips. Waited ten minutes to order inside then waited ten minutes for one breast, coke slaw, mashed potato meal. Finally revived my... meal and once at the hospital to surprise my mom who is recovering, it was an awful piece of dark meat and no coke slaw. Badservice and bad food. Go to the KFC on Walton Way it's much better. Read more
If I could give negative one I would. This is twice we've ordered delivery & both times we were missing at least half of the... order. His time we spent $80 & got 1 of 5 pot pie meals, 1 large cole slaw less than half full, 2 large mash potatoes less thanhalf full, 4 drinks & 2 bbq sauces. Missing chicken & pot pies...basically we got $15 of our $80 order & 1 of the 6 of uscould eat off the it. Read more
Terrible costumer service, the cashier was ver unpolite, rude, and unprofessional. We ordered online, by the time we arrived the... order wasn't ready. Even while we waited the order was messed up, we were force to buy an extra gravy, all the mash potatoe thatwe order had no gravy. By the time we got the gravy the cashier kept laughing while looking at my face, with another coworker. Iam praying for this girl if she keeps this type of personality in every job she goes to, she will never have an easy life.Never going to this place again. Read more
They tried to give me the wrong food, the lid on my gravy wasn?t closed when they gave it to me so it spilled all over my car... and there was a hair mixed in either the gravy or mashed potatoes that was not mine. No utensils given either. Very unhappy Read more
Over the years I have become a food critic. I do not eat out as much as I used to. However, I decided to order an eight piece... bucket of chicken. The chicken was bland and without seasoning; KFC chicken is nothing like it was 20 years ago. I stronglysuggest that everyone cook their own chicken and avoid KFC because they are cutting too many corners and taking short cuts inpreparing and cooking chicken. Read more
