The store like all Krystals are closed to in room dining. And only drive thru is available, one would believe with that being... said... their job should be much easier. You got one job cook food and be prompt. NOPE! We were in line with 4 other cars infront of us over 30mins. And even when we did get to the window to pay was still to pull up and wait another 10mins for ourapple pies were ready. They were excellent I might say but everything else was sat on the counter and got cold and soggy. Alsomentioned my military discount where's I received every Krystal I've been to the clerk couldn't have cared less. Poor serviceand concern for the customers who keep your business going seem to be the norm nowadays.
