I?ve been to this location several times in the past, also have done the mobile ordering. My family did a mobile order yesterday... and literally everything was PERFECT! Delicious, fresh Caesar salad, Parmesan crusted chicken and loaded baked potato. Theyincluded all cutlery, butter, dressing and toppings for the potatoes. I would 100% recommend. Read more

There were people outside waiting to be seated, so we opted for a high top table in the bar area (no wait). Our server... Drew/bartender was attentive to our needs and our order was perfect. The manager popped by to check on us as well. Theasparagus was seasoned and cooked just right. Neither of us could finish the big juicy Outlaw steak! Read more

Had a great evening at LongHorns in their Augusta location. There was no wait to get seated and served. Upon being seated, we... immediately were greeted by out waitress for drinks and offered complimentary bread and butter. For starters we tried the spicychicken bites, and the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms. Both were delicious: the chicken bites were juicy and crispy, and pairedwith a delicious spicy sauce, and the mushrooms were savory and tender and topped with delicious, creamy, cheese. For entrees,me and my friend ironically both opted to not order steak, however both of our dishes were still great. I got the chickenfingers, while my friend got the pork chops and requested brown gravy to top them. The tenders were tasty, juicy meat and friedto perfection. I tried some of my friends porkchop and that was delicious as well: juicy, smoky, tender porkchops and a nicerich gravy to smother them. The sides were great too. For dessert, we shared the strawberries and cream shortcake. Simple butgreat dessert, the ingredients balanced eachother well, and it wasn?t overly sweet, as the added tartness of the strawberrieshelped to round it all out. Great food and great customer service, will definitely come again. Read more

The worst service and the food was just as bad. After waiting for 57 minutes to be seated I expected to have a pleasant meal... with good service. Once we were seated, the server came took our order for appetizers and drinks. After not seeing him anymorefor 15 to twenty minutes, we asked another server. Our server came out and said the machine was broken that?s why he hadn?tbeen back.(what machine??) He finally brought out the salad, however we had to wait on utensils another 10 minutes! Thenanother server came out with the appetizers kinda slammed it on the table and spilled the sauce. He apologized and broughtanother sauce but didn?t clean up the mess! It didn?t get any better!!! The worst experience ever!!! I usually like Longhorn, it just seemed as if no one wanted to be at work Saturday! I did not mine the wait, however, poor service and bad food is a BigNo for me! My husband and I took our 2 grandsons out for dinner. No wait. A very pleasant waiter. All the food was enjoyed except for my... steak. I don't think they like people ordering well done. It was terrible. The dog enjoyed it though. Read more

Really enjoyed my dinner. Only caveat was having to watch a server or host eat behind the line where food was being prepared.... He had on a button up shirt so I am not sure of his position. It was Super Bowl night and it was a little busy so we had to sitat a table at the bar. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive. Read more

Service was excellent. My wife and I both had French Onion soup???? yum, and Fried Brussel Sprouts ???? yuck. The Sprouts were... raw in the middle and bitter. Her burger was great as well as my ribeye. Cooked perfectly. Read more

My husband's meal was great. However the chops I ordered were like a well, well done steak! Sent them back(we dined in) so I... ended up telling them to fix it to go, the server brung them in a black tray, inside a paper bag. I didn't think to check causeby this time we had gotten our check and were ready to leave!!! Got home and opened them and it was worst!!!!! And the wild westshrimp had shells on most of them?? My Husband paid 50.49 for our food, and gave a $17 tip???? I understand everyone is shortstaffed but if people are still willing to pay the price, and wait the longer times, the quality of the food shouldn't bequestioned?????? Read more
