They are always out of the same smoothie (mango pineapple) and frappés. Whether it be morning, lunchtime, or dinner time. We?ve... been going to this McDonald?s for years, but the past couple of months, didn?t matter what time of day it was they were alwaysout of the same thing. I don?t know they just don?t have the money to get it delivered to the store or if they?re just lazy.They forgot something from my order when I checked my bag at the window. I let them know they forgot one more thing and insteadof just going and getting it or telling me to pull up and they?ll bring it out, they told me to go get back in the end of theline and they?ll give it to me. What?? Never have I ever been to a fast food restaurant that is so disorganized and lazy! Thisis why they don?t have good reviews! I have had many others share their stories of this location as well. Refused to fill a door dash order for me because he saw me take pictures of his filthy store and was probably afraid of the... review he would get. Very unprofessional, and rude. Door dash still paidbme for the run but he hurt the customer with hisbehavior. He was the manager 2-3pm Sat. Read more
Wish I could give 0 stars. I?m wasting two Big Mac meals. It?s crazy you have to wait for fries that turn out to be hot and... hard. It?s like they?re heating up old stuff. I can?t even immediately go back because I?m at work. So now I?m stuck with juiceand no food because I could?nt eat the burgers either. The bread was hard and everything on the inside was just thrown together.You think everything is fresh because the bag is hot and they make you pull up or wait. Dry, hard, and disgusting!!! 3 weeks , THREE ?.. of no fountain drinks !! Don?t even have the audacity to tell you when your ordering they just wait til you... have paid & go to the window to say that all they have is sweet tea . The same sweet tea that is sour or over sugared. I can?tcount the numerous of times I have received cold food , my fries tonight are hard a brick it?s painful to chew . The male brown skinned manager / worker with the burnt orange hair is rude . I didn?t receive part of my order in my bag and... when I asked for the rest of my order , he wanted me to pull up . I also asked for a receipt and he told me it would be a minuteso to pull my car up. There were NO CARS behind me so I told him no I?ll wait here. He got upset and said I have to move becausehis timer was going . His attitude was unnecessary. If they would have given me my entire order to begin with I wouldn?t have to?run his timer up? . Have honest productivity and your timer will reflect that . But I?m not pulling my car up to sit and waitforget just so you?re workers can falsify their productivity . Do better , and get people out the drive through window that lackself control and customer service skills. As a different worker passed my the rest of my order the manager continued to have arebuttal. This is the only McDonald's in the area that is open 24 hrs and provides consistent excellent service. Like most fast food... restaurants post Covid, the other locations seem to struggle daily with staffing and order accuracy. This location is on point. If you want your order correct, or the drive thru staffed, this is where you go. Read more
