Why is this place even open? They never get anything correct on the order. I waited 30 minutes for curbside that I had to go... inside and retrieve, but they acted like they couldn't find it. When I told them I had been waiting 30 minutes, they magicallyfound it. The burgers were hard, and burnt. You could have killed a man with the fries they were so hard. I honestly just wantmy money back, but your staff is impossible to deal with. This is the worst McDonald's in town. You're better off driving to theWrightsboro one. Read more
I will never go to that McDonald's again. It is right outside a hospital. We ordered on line ahead. They couldn't find the... order. We called to make sure we wouldn't be charged twice and the manager said the order was there but we wouldn't be charged.My daughter started to say something else and the manager just hung up on her. If there was an option for zero stars I would have pressed it. My grandmother today ordered from this McDonald?s and we received... our order with our burgers/sandwiches with no buns. And her own fish o filet meal didn?t have the extra fish she had orderedwith her meal. To make matters worse our fries were cold and wet with no salt. Their ice cream machine was also down but nosurprise there right? We thankfully got a full refund from Uber eats but when I went to call this Mc Donald?s they didn?t evenanswer the phone. Never again will we be ordering from this mc Donald?s and I advise other people to be wary of this location aswell. Read more
Worst McDonald?s in Georgia. First off I tried to go inside but the doors were locked at 10:40am. Why is that? There were enough... employees to be laughing and playing around in the back. Second the wait in the drive through was 10 minutes and I was the onlyperson in line. Third when the worker gave me my drink the lid was not on the drink and the drink top came off. That caused theinside of my car to be filled with Coca-Cola. To top it off the food was not cooked all he way. 2022-07: Went through the drive-thru about noon on a weekday. From the time we arrived to the time we left took about 6 minutes,... so no complaints. We had 2 x two cheeseburger combos with sweet tea (they were out of anything needing CO2). The older lady atthe second window was a pleasant positive change to far too many grumpy people out there these days, so kudos (and thanks) toher!.. If only I had gotten her name.. It?s always something with this location. Either the drive thru is ridiculously backed up because no one is taking orders or my... order always gets messed up. Today I ordered an Oreo McFlurry and was so excited that the machine wasn?t down like they usuallyclaim. Just to leave and see that they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream with a few Oreo pieces on the top. That?s not what Ipaid for. Read more
Very unpleasant visit thru drive thru. I ordered small chocolate shake. 1st window paid $2.80 cent with a $20.00 bill; as I... was going toward 2d window counted change, $7.20, told young lady at window that I was short changed $10. She went to tell the1st lady then a young man came & asked me to move up to the front of building, I did. Sat there 20 min thinking someone wouldbring me my $10.00. I went inside to speak to Manager, he said he had checked the register & it wasn't there. I told him Iknow what I gave her. He said he wasn't going to give me my money. Said he had video of the transaction. Did he view thevideo, NO, said he believed her. I was so angry, told him I was calling the law. I did, they came, he wouldn't let them seevideo. Started to filling out a report. Low & behold the cashier came out & said she'd give me my money. She went back in &came back with $10.00. That manager needs to be fired.
