It?s unfortunate that some of the crew members have to be included with horrible employees. It appears that management (a woman... with a yellow shirt) has the worse attitude. Many people, myself included, has worked fast food. Therefore, I don?t go insidewith an attitude and expecting them to move extremely fast; however, the front employees will blatantly, BLATANTLY ignore you!The store is busy and so are other fast food restaurants BUT the other restaurants get the food out without being NASTY to thecustomers. They had no receipt paper, and did not understand why I want my receipt. Attempted to talk to Mangers who sad "what do you want... me to do". I Attempted to call the number on the window no answer and no ability to leave a message. SAD Read more
I?m not sure how this place is still open. Between the dirty facility or rude workers it?s horrible. Food is either cold or they... mess up the orders. I come here because it?s right next to the hospital I work at. However, after today my order was messed upand I simply asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing and accommodating me they were rude. They also have a huge homelessissue with people around their facility. Read more

I've been here about 10 times, according to my Google maps timeline. Not once, and I'm not exaggerating, have they gotten my... order correct. If you're the type of person looking to waste 10-15 minutes waiting for the wrong order, this is the place foryou. Regardless of how busy (or not busy) they are, you are going to wait longer than it'd take for you to go behind the counterand make the food yourself. It's usually nice and dirty inside too, so it's also a good place to put your immune system to thetest. Corporate really should shut this place down. Read more
Well, I used the in-app purchase feature for the first time and everything went well. No sooner did I walk in the door, my order... was up on the board, so I settled in to wait. Almost immediately, my order brought out and handed to me. That was great! Then Isat down in the dining room. That was a mistake. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since lunchtime. Also, the mostdistressing thing was the fact that there were probably 40 or 50 flies zipping around landing on me trying to get at my food.The staff here we're seemingly unaware of the disgusting insects. I didn't dare enter the restroom. No telling what I might havefound. Even though it will be an inconvenience, I think I will bypass this location next time. Read more
