What in the world?! I ordered via Uber eats and no issues there. But the veggie lo mein came with VERY LITTLE sauce. It was so... bland. It’s like the kitchen ran out of sauce and added water to the bottom of the bowl. Not okay for $17! Read more
This is one of my favorite places to eat! Michaela was my server tonight and has been on one other occasion. The service is... superb! She makes sure you are taken care of. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were not disappointed. We only had to wait a few minutes to be seated after... arrival. The whole restaurant was clean and well maintained. The food was great, but the star of the show was our server,Joe. Joe was an absolute delight and very attentive to our needs while we were there. Joe was courteous, professional, and leftus with the impression of someone who truly enjoyed what they were doing. We will definitely visit this restaurant again - andwe'll be asking to sit in Joe's section! Read more
3 stars because I remember when it used to be 5. We went in and it was pretty empty. The desk said it would be a 25 min wait... because they were short staffed. We opted to sit in the bar area at a high top side table so that we could sit sooner. Alltables there were sticky. We moved and found another sticky one. Bartender wiped but not well. The bartender/server was nice,but she had too many customers for her to manage well. After we sat, more people came to the area and I knew right then it wasgoing to be mediocre or worse experience. She was already struggling on cleaning and meet and greet. We got everything weneeded, but we had to be very patient. At one point we were just waiting way too long for drink refills. Thirsty half of thedinner. The food was pretty good; we had no complaints with it. My favorite has always been the Mongolian Beef which was nicethis time. I remember when it was amazing! We left feeling happy and full. I would go back but I hope to god they survive theweekends with being short staffed. I would be afraid to see how that works out if they get busy. The restaurant was messy andabsolutely not as clean as I remember it being in the past. It used to be pristine! They don’t do any of the traditionalthings they used to do with the service. First time ever eating at this restaurant and must say its definitely a must. The staff were very nice and the food was very... delicious. I started out with the dynamite shrimp I believe it's what it's called. It was very good. Would definitely recommend.I also ordered the sesame seed chicken. That was so delicious. Would also recommend that. Had enough for two people. I ended upwith white rice, but switched to their fried rice. Their fried rice is probably some of the best I've ever had at a restaurant.I could just order that and be content. They also had a sweet/sour dipping sause that was very tasty. I enjoyed that with justthe rice. Overall would definitely eat here again and also other locations throughout the US. Read more
Fresh food, come here if you are starving and craving Chinese cuisine because they serve large portions. Located right outside... of the Augusta Mall, close proximity to a nice shopping area. Read more
My son and I plus a couple friends did a Scavenger hunt across the way at Augusta Mall and after an hour and 40 minutes of... scavenging we laid eyes on P.F Changs and did not hesitate to walk a few feet in front of us towards their food. The ambiancewas clean and inviting. The food was even better, the server was absolutely amazing and hands down 1 of my favorite spots to hitcoming out of Augusta Mall. I had the Cantonese Lobster and Prawns which was all palette seducing, the server sold me on thiscolor changing gin drink that was priceless to see the kids reaction when I got it. Overall my family and friends had abragworthy experience with great leftovers. Read more
