What is the point of buying a paid parking spot, only to show up and find 4 truck deep parked parallel to the reserved parking,... which blocks access. I literally am so use to this, that I can identify the potential issue before I even arrive, by Surveyingthe Google image of the truck stop. I assumed correctly, that trucks could potentially stack up in non-parking spaces parallelto the pumps. Also assumed correctly that pilot employees would be doing nothing about it, so I purchased 2 reserved spot inhopes that I could get into one. I showed up and that was the exact situation. There was 2 reserved spaces left. I passed up thenearly impossible accessible space and managed to navigate my way into the 2nd available spot with a bunch of hassle. Afterparking I watched 3 trucks try to park in the only other available reserved parking spot (which technically is mine as well. Ipaid for two spots.) All three trucks could not get into the spot. Does Pilot really make enough money off of those 4 illegallyparked semi?s parallel to the reserve spaces that they just don?t care that we paid for our parking? How many coffees andhotdogs do you think you?re selling to scumbags that can?t even have the moral decency to park their truck correctly? Hire atown company & tell them if they park for more than 5 mins they get a boot. Put a sign up and watch that tow company startcollecting money. Its ridiculous. Read more
Paid for a reserve spot early in the morning. Got here and all the reserve spaces are full. Clerk told me the manager won't... respond to calls and messages. Pilot terms are to tow the unpaid parked truck and /or trailer. Clerk is trying to resolve theproblem but is not authorized to tow. Manager is said to refuse to tow. Clerk is a very polite gentleman, but the manager isbreaking the terms of agreement by refusing to release my space to me. Very disappointing. This manager is a grown adult andshould take care of business as such or find a different job where he can be lazy and inattentive. Read more
Literally JUST left from here. I informed the cashier that my items weren?t ringing up correctly. She rolled her eyes and said... I?ll gve you a receipt as she shrugged her shoulder. The gentleman standing beside her said ?we just work here? all storesaren?t the same I then said the tags are all over the store. As a trucker driver I expect every truck stop to have a least some hot food ie hot dogs ect. This place had nothing. Not even... cold sandwiches. Step ur game up Read more
Very nice gas station. Restroom was clean and employees were very helpful and friendly.
I love stopping by any and all of the Pilot/Flying J's.. the selection of coffee's is very extensive and very tasty.. i cant... stop without getting a large cup for the road. If you need a bite to eat the PJ Fresh selection is some good and healthy choicesas well. The showers and the parking can be used by any traveler to use and park for a nights nap or sleep. Friendly andhelpful staff can be found stocking the shelves, cleaning the store or helping others behind the counters, dont get me wrong,some places are definitely better than others, older stores are getting the well needed facelift... So wherever you are andneed a break from the road, stop by and see for yourself that the pilot/ Flying J is your place to stop for even the restroombreak. Read more
Went in to use the bathroom not expecting much. It was a nice surprise when I got in there. Very nice. They also had showers.
Truck drivers beware! -?????????? negative stars!! This is not a regular truck stop and has very limited parking. All 15 spots... are reserve parking and the lot is disgusting. The store is in desperate need of a remodel. The will make you move no matterwhat time it is! Never coming here again! Read more
