I ordered 2 medium super supremes with and without certain things on them. Ugh the toppings were old. The ham hard, the green... peppers looked shriveled up and old, some mushrooms tasted rubbery and old, I ordered bacon and out of a whole pizza I only had2 slices with bacon on it, I don't even remember onions being on either super supreme pizza, and only the pepperoni and Italiansausage weren't too old looking or tasting. We ate some of it the first night and by the second day we threw it all away. Do notget food from here. Fresh bread but stale toppings? Where they do that at? Then the pan crust was thin on certain slices. Reallybad pizza hut. Should have went to a different pizza hut. edit: 9/12/22 I was contacted by Pizzahut and given a credit, andasked by the manager to give them another chance after apologizing. Well I ordered and everything was hot and fresh, includingthe toppings. Will recommend this pizzahut on customer service alone. Read more
Too much going on in that location. Everyone needs to get trained on making the pizza correctly using food safety regulations.... Also, the customer service is horrible the phones go unanswered and your placed on hold for long periods of time, managementneeds to step up. Read more
ANNOYED! ???????????? We just pulled into the Pizza Hut on 15th Street In Augusta GA because my four year old had to go to the... bathroom. I went to the door and it was locked. I was told by the older African American lady talking on the phone that he couldnot because we needed to be dining in. I politely stated that it was an emergency and he would only be using it. She said ?No?!Upset?I went to the car and grabbed $10.00 to purchase something so my four year old could use the bathroom. I went back in topurchase. They sent a older Caucasian gentlemen to the register. That farther explained that this came from individuals takingbaths in the bathroom! I asked him to ring me up for what ever so my son could use the bathroom. It is more ironic that my sonloves Pizza Hut! How can you look at a small child and reject him from using the bathroom? I always order online and for some odd reason everytime one or two of my purchase items are always left at the store. Then if... its not being left then my food is made incorrectly. I spend way to much money at this place and I 've never received any thingfor my patience. I ve waited over 2hr for a order only to get a bunch of things I did not order. I call and they put me on holdlong enough for the phone to hang up on its own. My sole reason for doing this review is so that I can get some answers. This isvery unfair I really wish this wasn't the only location in my living area. Read more
Placed an order with this place only because they delivered to the hotel I was staying at. I really wanted Mellow Mushroom but... they didn't deliver and I didn't feel like getting dressed and leaving my room so I tipped the delivery driver extra just so hecan deliver to my room. Of course he didn't, told me to meet him in the lobby. So I had to get dressed and leave my roomanyway. Should have just went to Mellow and got good pizza because this food was horrible, it was cold and burnt at the sametime. Not only that but the lobby was filled with men and women dressed formally with suits and gowns while I'm standing therein shorts and a tee. It was an uncomfortable situation I shouldn't of had to been in since I asked for it to be delivered to myroom. The icing on the cake is just hours prior I saw a Pizza Hut driver delivering to a room on my floor. I guess it dependson who you get, I would advise tipping cash so you can properly pay them what they deserve. Read more
This Pizza Hut is about customer service. The machine was out of ice. Before I could share I needed ice someone came and... started refilling the ice machine. I dined in and watched how they dealt with intense customers. Very professional staff andthe pizza was top shelf. Read more
