Checked out for a grande coffee and barista forgot to ring up espresso shot. Manager or whoever proceeded to yell at her for not... charging us and before handing us drink, she ordered us to go back to front and pay for the expresso shot. I ordered 6 drinks total on the mobile app and my bf went to pick it up on my behalf and only get 4 drinks, so I went back right... after to get the other 2 drinks, the person worked there said they out of the ingredients to make my drinks and I asked nicelyif can I get different drinks, she said I have to pay for it.
