I went here on my way home to grab a few drinks I got to the window there were no cars in front of me the poor girl taking... orders in the window was clearly overwhelmed while as you see the young lady leaned on the counter enjoying her ice cream nottrying to help the young lady trying to take orders make drinks and cash out people at the same time. I sat in the drive thrufor over 20 min waiting on 4 drinks well 3 shakes and one soda!! While I sat and watched her slowly enjoy her shake. Then shedecided to finally put it down right before I left throw some gloves on no didn't worry about washing her hands and drop 2entire bags of fries mind you I don't even have any cars behind me yet in line and haven't seen any come around to park and comein maybe 1 while I was waiting. And considering the time I waited I'm sure the fries don't last that long but I'm guessing shedrops them in large amounts and let's them sit and be nice and cold time the customers order them. So that she can stand aroundand enjoy more of her shake without being bothered of actually having to do her job and serve hot fresh food. Oh and that is thefryer for the fries she is standing next to eating which I'm sure the heath inspector would not approve of apparently themanager didn't care bc I'm sure in a 20 min period they had to have seen her standing there eating and didn't care. I don't goto steak and shake very often and I can tell you that will be my last visit as well. I understand it's hard to find help rightnow but I'm more sympathetic to a few people working really hard and me having to wait than me waiting while they lean on thecounter and eat. Read more
Went there tonight and went to use the restroom and both toilets were clogged. Then went and sat down at a table and waited 20... minutes and not one of the 3 waitress could be bothered to come over or even acknowledge we were sitting there. And there wasonly 3 other tables with people. They were to busy sitting at the counter or taking with friends. Ended up just walking out andno one had still came to the table. It use to be a good place to go and great service. Not now. Definitely won't be back. Read more
This place is terrible! They have 3 kids in the back screaming and running around in the back near the food. One of the workers... couldn?t find a baby sitter. On top of that, the service is extremely slow! Avoid this location! Read more
My husband and I placed a DoorDash order at 9:00pm and orders are no longer accepted at 9:40pm. The store accepted the order,... placed it as ?being made?, and our door dash driver went to pick it up. The store told our driver that ?we never accepted andmade the food? and refused to make the order. They then ?canceled? the order after refusing to make the order. We thanattempted to call the store to which we were immediately sent to voice mail. The mailbox was completely full - likely full ofcomplaints, I?m sure. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. Ordered Frisco Melt and double steak burger combos. Meat and fry portion sizes were small compared to other burger places, but... cost was about 1/3 less for two people. Burgers tasted great, but fries had no seasoning. Birthday cake shake was delicious. Read more
Great experience!! Mic was a little hard to hear on the drive through but we got our order!! Order was accurate and the lady... working the window was very nice! One of the rare things you see these days in customer service is a good attitude. She evengave be a fry sample for the dog!! Read more
If I could rate a 0 I would. This place is horrible. Their drive thru window is broke but they won?t tell you while you?re... waiting for your order to be taken. When you drive up (after waiting) they all just look and laugh and point at the window andact goofy. When you try to call they don?t answer. They all seem very immature and ignorant. The workers all smell terrible sodon?t even bother to actually eat inside of the restaurant. They also add their own pricing for their food (just read the signat the menu - prices may be changed) and half the time they don?t take anything but cash. Place is very sketchy. Read more
